“From my first contact with Mark (Mitev), I knew I was in good hands. He explained how FCI would replace the floor in one of my walk-in closets, which had sustained water damage. He showed me options on a sample board so I could see and feel the flooring firsthand. Communication skills were excellent, so the I knew exactly what to expect. Sure enough, the 2-man crew arrived on the scheduled day and were both polite and professional. After bringing all the materials in, they got right down to work. Within short order, the job was done and the results are beautiful! What I wasn’t expecting was how the new flooring made the space look both brighter and bigger. I am truly pleased.
