This is my second time here. I am a tourist who came to America as a guest and I found this manicurist by chance during my vacation. The first time I came, a lady named Tracy helped me a lot. When I came today, I had an appointment with a lady named Diana. I only wanted her to do natural gel, but she said she could do colored. She said she couldn't do what I wanted. There is no such service anywhere. Now all my plans are ruined. I will go and pay more and get my nails done at GSP. I will never come here again. I just had my permanent nail polish removed and left immediately. I am very sorry for those who live here permanently and those who will be customers of this place.

I’ve been going here for a few years now. Tracey is the best!!! I always look forward to my appointments with her :) She always does an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows.
The salon is very clean and there’s a large variety of colors to choose from for polish.

Nailed the color, and almond shape. But you can see my nail on the sides looks like they are lifted. You can see my natural nails on the sides.
And the slope of the nail is not coherent on all nails. Some super straight then curve. Some nails perfect others not.
I didnt notice until my sister pointed it out to me.
For others looking at this, i wanted the acrylic to have a little distance from the cuticle.
Still a great experience regardless. Thank you.

Extremely welcoming, friendly and warm staff. Clean. Relaxing.
This was my first time at Nick and Vans and I will definitely make this my new Nail salon! Vanessa was such a sweet girl and she did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. AND they are competitively priced!!
Cleanliness: The salon was bright and clean! No strong odors of product chemical.
Stylist: Vanessa was wonderful! Attentive, and focused. She did a beautiful job!

Giving this salon 4 stars because I usually love it! Tracy does my nails so well. Recently, however, I went to Diana to do my nails. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was so aggressive with my hands and nails and did such a poor job on my french tips. I was so upset. She gave me so much attitude and said “no I can’t” when I asked her to do a simple design. She also responded with “Okay whatever” after I was done paying. She has a bad attitude, I would not recommend her. Her nail work is also a hit or miss. I am never one to leave poor reviews like this but this threw me off completely.

I will never not go to Nick & Vans! First and foremost they are one of the only salons who truly honors appointment making which is super convenient. They are true professionals and do the best work! Hands down the best salon ever!

Van was not friendly as soon as I walked in. No good afternoon or anything. I had an appointment with Diana and she had a bad attitude. Asked me you have an appointment. She was not ready for me so I asked could I soak my feet while I wait before my pedicure and manicure. She and Van said no. Their horrible customer service, I told Van I was leaving because of their treatment. All he said was sorry about that and didn’t even look up at me. Do not waste your money at this salon.
