Cashiers definitely need training on the knowledge of their reward program. I was trying to use all my reward dollars on the account and was told that only certain dollars are able to redeem. There were 3-4 cashiers at the moment. None of them could clarify the way and amount to redeem and kept saying it will show in the system. This is neither clarification nor explanation.

The pharmacists just actually closed the gate rightin front of me so she could go yo lunch. Just kept saying I couldn't just grab my prescriptions and had to come back in an hour. After waiting DAYS to have them filled. I have MS and it's super hard to drive the walk down stairs to get there. Worst Walgreens and I use them all over NJ and Florida. Nothing on the hours says they're closed for lunch. It also says they're open until 9pm tonight but that is incorrect too.

Had an appointment for a Covid shot that was confirmed. Waited 55 minutes and still nobody came to give me the shot. This Walgreens store is awful. Do not go there for shots. They are incompetent and don't care!

This store is on the small side. Parking is odd. They no longer have paper bags which is inconvenient.

what can i say that hasn't? quick service, has a lot of things, i don't really know about this prescription stuff people are complaining about, not very important to me, but what is, is that it has a lot of stuff and makes it convenient to get it. although, its annoying having the 6th graders invade walgreens.

I'm not trying to be mean, but the one kid that works at the register should not be in a position where he has to interact with customers. He gets hung up on strange technicalities and terms, it is frustrating to have to deal with him, transactions take longer than they should, I avoid going to this store because of him. It's nice that you gave him a job, but maybe he would be better off stocking shelves?

Good employees are the lifeblood of any organization. Dolores in the pharmacy department at this Walgreen's location in Oradell, NJ is one of these people. On many occasions when I reached out to Dolores for help, in spite of her always being extremely busy, I always found her to be willing to help, caring, highly knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. Dolores is clearly a very, very valuable asset to Walgreen's! Because of people like Dolores, who sets a good example for everyone else, this Walgreen's location is one of the best pharmacies in the area!

Horrible service provided by Doug! Went into drop of my FedEx package! Asked as per instructions on FedEx drop off that they will print the label! Doug refused and said they don’t do that! Had to drive to another Walgreens store in Dumont and they were able to print it!

The pharmacy is rude and not helpful at all. Even the store staff is rude. You would think that people that are sick coming to get medication would be treated better

Poor experience with my vaccine shot last week. Registered online, checked in and asked to wait to be called. Waited half hour but nobody called me. Questioned what happened and I was asked to registered in paper again. Just a mess.

I have been going to this Walgreens for more than 10 years and thought it was about time to share my experiences there. Pharmacist Hala Elostaz, along with Darlene and the rest of the staff, are very helpful, looking to minimize customer's wait time and are always looking to come up with a solution instead of adding to a problem. Dr didn't call to renew the script? No problem...they call. They follow up and are genuinely interested in ensuring their customer's needs (and Rx) are well taken care of. Thank you Hala.
