Ample parking, close to the store. Employees are very professional and friendly. Can be busy around holidays but employees keep things moving very well. A great alternative to the USPS mess.

While the experience at the store is great and space is clean - the location for the store and access is very difficult. If you’re shipping boxes and packages - parking is challenging.There are steps to get to the store level and a narrow passageway - which prevents you from using a rolling cart.Isn’t it time all UPS stores have an automatic door? Almost always people who come in have their hands full.

This UPS Store helped me immensely with my notarizing needs. They were fast, helpful, and affordable. After having a hard time with notaries at other UPS Stores in the Area, I was pleased with the service here. I recommend for anyone needing shipping or notary work! Thanks again for your help!!

Try calling this store. You only get automated responses no matter what you say your issue is. "Agent!" doesn't do it.

I needed 2 large poly bags to ship some clothes back for a return, had labels printed already. The lady at the counter decided to charge me the price of a bubble envelope for each and rang me up for $3.50 each! When I asked again why I was being charged for large bubble envelopes instead of poly bags, she said they are the same price. When I got home, I called another ups store and was told they don’t charge for these bags! Very disappointed that I was ripped off by a local ups store. The other clerk saw what she did, was going to say something then she gave him a harsh look so he continued helping another customer.

UPS IS CLOSED! ONLY OPEN FROM 9AM-11AMMONDAY-FRIDAY! What gives? You can't drop off your package in one their boxes anywhere either!Packages never get checked in and they just GO MISSING! NO RECEIPT, NO PROOF!! That's the answer you receive when you spend days trying to find where your package is!! What the heck?Seems like no one wants to work! I realize there is a Diesel shortage coming!!!!! Then what???!!!!I can't tell you how many times in the last 5 yrs. I have had a "lost" package. I sell on-line and I'm out the package and the money. Not right. I don't want to blame the drivers, but who else has a way to get the items out of the Drop Boxes? Now I can't even bring them straight to UPS!!!!!????VERY UNRELIABLE AND UPSETTING!!!!!!

I actually go out of my way when I have a ups transaction to make. That line just moves and the customer service is great. They help you through your package to the point that they package everything right there on the spot instead of you doing it and slowing things down. It's the best ups store I have been to in nj.
