Unclear what time they stop serving desserts. First time they told us they stopped serving bingsu at 830, so the next time we came in at 8 but was told their machine was off for the night. Only rating 3 stars due to the miscommunication, we enjoy the desserts when we can actually order them!

Came in for dessert after eating dinner elsewhere. The place is a little cramped but also had a cozy vibe. The staff is very friendly.Knew I had to try their bingsu. So glad it's offered even in the winter. We ordered the injeolmi bingsu. It took a few mins to create but it's well worth it and the presentation is beautiful. Definitely big enough to serve 2 people. All the ingredients tasted fresh. It's full of flavor and texture. I love that they use milk ice and also had a small cup of condensed milk to pour over top of the bingsu. They do not skimp out of any of the toppings. So many nuts, red bean, rice cake, and injeolmi powder.Definitely will be back to try the other flavors.

My absolute favorite cafe in NJ! Been going to cafe oak for about 6 years now and love to see how much it’s grown and can’t see myself going to any other cafe. You can get lots of work done here cause the atmosphere is really good to focus. Also the staff is really nice many people have worked here but never met a mean worker. and the owner is lovely. I bring lots of family here that need help with homework or studies. theres plenty of room and good food options. The kimbap is so good, usually sells out by the afternoon. The cold brew or americano is good and strong, and the bingsu and tteokbokki are also delicious.

The wasabi kimbap here is the most delicious. I've tried other things, but there's nothing like wasabi kimbap. I take it with me every time I go out and it's so delicious.

They sell kimbab too.????I don't like the pork stir fried marinated one.Parking: Look for paid parking or you have to park a black down into neighbors to look for free parking

I don’t live in the area, but make the several mile trip up for coffee occasionally. Their coffee has a nice deep smokey flavor, and we never miss the opportunity to get a sea salt coffee. Also, it’s hard to resist either picking up kimbap or baked item that’s out on display. Staff has been friendly each time we’ve visited. Wish I had one in my neighborhood.

Great choice for Sea Salt Mocha in local. Usually take it to-go as the space is not comfortable for sitting.

Cute place for a quick lunch or afternoon coffee . The binsu or shaved ice was beautiful and delicious here. Pastries were very well made. The back was cozy, and the front was spacious enough. Although the place looked messy here and there, it has a warm family touch to it.Kid-friendliness: Fun place for kids with ice and cold drinksParking: There are street parking spaces available, but not too many

Food is good, but the cafe smells of trash. It didn't used to, so it likely needs a deep cleaning.
