Kings Spa used to be one of my favorite places, but I was so disappointed tonight. Two saunas were under maintenance without any of notice, I found out after asking the staff that there were only two saunas in the entire spa were working. We had consumption for $669 last night. Also, the attitude of the front desk lady was very rude and did not respect the guests at all.I felt so disappointed this time.

Do not go here if you care about privacy! I've had a few issues with rude staff, but that's not what this is about. Most of the staff is friendly. My writing this review solely based on filming in the men's locker room and nothing is ever said or done! I won't be returning for this reason and its sad. My last 3 visits guys were actually filming in the locker and wet areas! 1) a guy was laying on the floor in the locker room and filming guys by putting his camera in the mirror! You wouldn't notice if you didn't look on the floor! I did mention it to the staff and he did say something. 2) two guys were walking around the wet area with their phones just sticking out of their towels trying to hide their phones. We complained to staff and they took one phone away. Then the second guy was caught again by a member and he threatened to call the police but staff just ignored it, it's like they didn't want to get involved because there was some yelling. The member that spoke up was absolutely correct and professional, he told the two guys they were asked nicely once to respect the other members privacy and stop filming. The member that complained had decided to leave. When I went back to the locker area the same two guys were lounging with their phones like nothing happened. That's unacceptable! 3) my last visit a guy was just in the hot tub on his phone like nothing. Staff does not care or confront anyone. I just won't be returning for this reason. Island spa had an issue where someone was posting videos online of members. I'm afraid this is the same thing. There should be zero policy on phones in the locker rooms where people are nude.

This is a large Korean spa that appears to be popular among the heavily Korean population of Fort Lee. For those who live in Queens, there is a free shuttle van that leaves daily from Flushing. In comparison to Spa Castle, this spa is not as fancy, but is still a solid choice. King Spa is also very big, and features a restaurant, several different saunas of varying temperatures, and the standard hot pools and steam rooms that are separate for males and females where you are naked. However, it does not have a large indoor or outdoor co-ed pool like Spa Castle. In my opinion, it is more relaxing than Spa Castle though. The crowd here is older and this place is not as crowded. There are also a couple of very large and dark sleeping rooms with very comfortable sofa chairs. I actually dozed off myself on one of them.

From past experience staff is EXTREMELY rude. I did a Korean scrub and tip comes included at $20 . I left an additional $12 only for the lady to request an additional $20 which I DiD not give her for tip. $32 tip is enough on a $70 job for 35 minutes.

I had the best massage and I’m a 200+ lb, 6 ft guy. The lady masseuse asked if I wanted a deeper more penetrating massage when she was working on my back. I said “Absolutely!” She hopped up on the table and proceeded to massage by standing on me. I never felt such relief. If you’re up for it, I’d ask if they can stand on your back for more intensity. I will ask for it again.

Good facility, bad operations. 45 min line to check-in. Too crowded. Inaccurate shuttle schedule on website. We needed to check Instagram for the most up to date info.

This place is a scam. They don’t actually run the shuttle on the weekend so my pass expired

Facilities old, not sure if everywhere is clean, food bit expensive but tastes just mediocre.Entry price is truly good to capture this market share. But I would still expect more quality.

Really needed a spa day yesterday so I drove down to Spa Castle in Queens where they ended up being shut down by inspections while I was there (yes, they did issue a refund).I was only there for 20 minutes and drove an hour to get there so I figured I’d head over to King Spa since I was already out this way. I purchased my ticket online & get in the line for admission only to find out that the men’s area was closed. It did not say this on the website when making the purchase, but they had a sign up at the register saying it’s been closed since OCTOBER?? Not sure why an entire area of the facility would be closed down for 3 months but it totally defeated the purpose of me going there so I asked about getting a refund. The woman at the desk was quick to dismiss me (there was a line) stating I had to go to the website and write in to customer service. I have yet to hear back from them . .Needless to say, I left NY/NJ without a spa day and over $100 charged on my credit card that I didn’t even benefit from. Another place I will not be going back to.

I went here for the first time a month or so ago. It's a nice size place. I was disappointed with front desk. It was my first time there and they never asked or explained to me where to go or what to expect. Just scan my code, took my ID and gave me a uniform. English was a little challenging but l got past that. Non speaking Koreans should have a great experience also. I enjoyed it but communication at front desk needs to be better.NEED A COED hottub since some of us come as a couple. Men aren't too fond about being in a hottub with other naked men. I don't have a problem with it but one area would be nice where you can go in with your partner at least with a bathing suit. Other Koreans spas lve been to have at least one area like that.First impressions are the best impressions to keep customers coming. Overall it was a nice. I'm giving it a 3 because of lack of communication for first timer

We accepted too many customers for the total sauna room space. I stayed there all day, but I was never able to use the sauna room, and I just sat on a chair at the table and came back with back pain. The people who use the sauna room lie down once they go in and don't come out, so I don't know how much longer they will have to wait when it's another customer's turn. It was a really bad experience.
