Honest and genuine body shops are difficult to find, so this place is a gem. He will always be honest with you on what your car needs without fluff. If you don’t already have a go-to, trust worthy body shop, this is the place.I can honestly say that my car has a better primary care than i do lol.

It's the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Insurance processing, rental cars, car repairs, and other services are hard to see anywhere else. The quality of car repairs was also the best of the best.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to them to fix a certain error I know that was wrong and when they finished they fix the car but a different problem occurred which was not broken before. This happened twice and I learned my lesson. I believe they intentionally broken certain things so you go back to them.

Came here recently to get body work done on the back of my car as well as my oil change. The staff here is really friendly and knowledgeable. The prices here are also reasonable. Will come back again for any future maintenance and highly recommend to others.

They were very professional and kind,I didn’t go thru insurance so i was shopping around and they gave me the best price.They told me that it will take 2 weeks to fix the car but the car was ready in 8 days.When i picked up the car i couldn’t believe it how good of a job they did.So if you reading this review that means that you need to fix your car,do yourself a favor and just send it here you won’t regret it.

My new mini cooper s got damaged on rear bumper&internal systems due to a stupid car who hit my back. Lotte autoshop made the process easier and was quick to fix my car. Now my car is like brand new again. Thank you!

Thank you Lotte auto body team for helping me with my oil change and fixing my back tire that was making noise! The team here at Lotte Auto Body moved with a sense of urgency and professionalism. I was amazed how quick I was able to bring my vehicle in and leave in under 30 mins for my oil change. On top of that, they fixed the noise coming from my tire and did a thorough air pressure check for all of my tires! I appreciated the team when they kindly suggested I sit inside and wait in the warm office while my fixes were getting done. I highly recommend Lotte Auto Body and will definitely be going here for future maintenance!

Lotte Body Shop bilingual (korean and english) worker, Alan, is not only kind, but diligent and efficient at his job. I got into a minor accident but he was able to get the car all fixed in a timely manner. He was able to reach the insurance company and work with me to provide the best service. I had the front lower control arm replaced as he recommended.After that, the steering wheel didn't return to the center automatically whenever I made a turn. So I had to stop by 2 more times and he tried to fix it but failed. I eventually had it fixed by another repair shop and the mechanic said the wheel alignment was not straight and that caused some damages to the tires and wheels.lower control arm 교체해야 한다고해서 했는데, 핸들을 돌리면 자동으로 원래자리로 안돌아 문제 생겨서 고생했네요. 2번 다시 맡겼는데 문제 해결 안되었고, 왠만히면 그냥 타라고 하더군요. 결국 다른 정비소가서 고쳤는데 그 메카닉이, 이전 작업때문에 얼라인먼트 틀어져서 휠과 타이어에 데미지 갔다고 함. 계속 타고 다넜으면 큰 일 날뻔했네요. 참고로, 2년전에 코스트코에서 새 탸이어로 바꾸면서 휠 얼라이먼트했고 문제없이 타고 다녔었음.
