Had a great first time experience with Domenica. She was empathetic with the situation I was in and assured me that she’d help figure it all out and she did! She was so friendly yet efficient at her job I was so grateful for her in that moment and will be going back to her in the future!

I had a number of dissatisfying experiences at PNC Bank branches in Palisades Park, NJ and Fort Lee, NJ. The teller was very rude and unprofessional (PalisadesPark) and the customer service is unfriendly and unwelcoming (Fort Lee). I would not recommend this bank to anybody looking for a retail bank to do business with. There are better alternatives in the area!

My mother needed a help to set up online banking, so I made an appointment for her at the PNC Palisades Park branch, and we went there together. The representative name Melany gave me a spot at 3pm. So I arrived the branch at 2:59pm. But when I told the manager (mid age female, don't know her name) about my appointment, she rudely and aggressively said that I needed to wait because there was another customer at 3pm. So I waited for half an hour, but the manager was still helping the customer. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer due to pick up my baby. So I told Melany about my appointment, then she just realized about my appointment at that time.This was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed. I have been a long time customer with PNC and never had such a experience at any other branches.They should aware how difficult to make a branch visit for some customers like me, who has 6months old baby. Now I have to make another appointment because they wasted my time.

The bank employees here have the audacity to stand outside of the bank as parking patrol to tell people where they can and cannot park rather than going inside to do their job. One of these bank employees harassed me and my 5 year old daughter as I was dropping her off to school and threatened to call the police because of where I pulled my car over. She ruined the start of the day for my kid and her first day of school. Get a life loser.

I don't understand the bad ratings here. This was one the most accomodating banks I've ever been to and I have accounts at Citi, Chase, Sofi. Sung Jun was super helpful to me and my mother on multiple occasions and was always willing to help resolve any issues we had. On a side note, this is a very supportive bank for Korean folks with people who can speak Korean language on the spot. Highly recommend doing your business here.

I am not a PNC customer, but I used their ATM to withdraw funds, the largest bills available were $20, I went inside to exchange the $20 bills for large bills. I was told they couldn't do that because I didn't have an account and that even though the ATM is on their property it's really not theirs and can't verify I withdrew the funds. I asked to speak to a manager, refused and just asked another teller to explain why they couldn't exchange the bills for me. I have had to exchange small bills at other banks with no issues.

I went to checkout and cashout, but I was told that I couldn't cashout because I didn't have an account. As expected, a small bank is too unfriendly. The fort lee branch is kindly handled.

I called inquiring about a specific account issue just to see if I could get help from them if I go in person. The person who answered the phone didn't understand anything, offered me a call back so I took it. I kept close watch over my phone for the next hour, they called me let it ring for a split second and hung up immediately. Would not recommend, I avoid coming here at all cost.
