They kept me involved in terms of the parts used, and provided warranty as well. the owner to the mechanic were all friendly and transparent throughout the process. Although they recommended other services given the age of the car, there was no upsell pressure.”

Being that my car's warranty was over, I looked up mechanics near me on Google and came across Essential with all 5 star reviews. I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately I had a run in with a pole in a parking lot on a dark rainy night, and some body damage occurred to my new car. Adam has been taking car of my mechanical and inspection needs for a while now, and I am so glad that I trusted him with the body work as well. For a very reasonable price and in just over a week, my car was returned to me looking better than when I had bought it.
