Went to pickup my fathers car today after bringing it in for an engine noise that they couldn’t find the cause of so nothing was fixed there just to get home and find a vacuum line was completely off and not connected with its clamp to its hose and front bumper clip missing. Very disappointed in first not able to diagnose an apparent engine noise/rattle to hoses not being connected back and clips missing…

You guys are the best! I don't know who's more busy me or you but at least we do get together when I really need the work done on the car and I don't have to worry about it or being taken advantage of being a woman taking a car in for service. So many places just see dollar signs cause they think women don't understand the workings or how things get fixed. Thanks for all you do. Always 5 Star service from front desk through excellent technicians. Had oil change and windshield wipers replaced. When job was completed they presented me with an extensive diagnostic review of my vehicle. It detailed what service may be required in the future. Fantastic!

They have always been straight-shooters with me and my wife.
The location is convenient. They literally 'go the extra mile' (or 3) to make it easy for me to put my car in for repairs, & they deliver when they say they will.
I have trusted Advantage Auto with my repair & service needs for many years now, since before the shop moved to Palmyra.
Recently, I had a total replacement of the rear brake system, which was trying to catch fire. (May '24)

I want to THANK Scott and the Techs at Advantage Auto Service, for the quick and great service. I brought car in without an appointment, I had to leave it overnight for service and was asked if I needed a ride home and I said yes. and was picked up the next day to get my car. They are very good mechanics, they not only repair your car, but let you know if you might have any issues you may have to get done later.

Was looking for a shop locally that could provide dealer level service at a fair price. Worked with Scott to price out my brake job. A few months later was ready to move forward, had parts ready in 2 days, on the schedule the next day and a quality job done. They were flexible with some last minute special requests for greasing drivetrain and aftermarket suspension grease fittings. Results were fantastic, significantly improved brake performance and all the squeaks gone. Drives better than ever??????

Advantage was suggested to me from a friend. I wanted ny brakes checked but would have to wait for a day off when Dave told me about their rental cars. What a great service to ease my mind.
Communication from the shop was amazing. I love that they are technology friendly in sending the suggestions of what needs to be fixed and to get approval.
Once I had my car back, I brought in my daughter’s car for a brake check as well.
