From the very first call to inquire about a car to the purchase day, Chris Sieg was incredible to deal with... he was always available and extremely patient... it is rare nowadays to be given customer service at this level... He is an asset to this dealership and a big reason for my purchase... if you are considering a vehicle from this dealership ask for Chris... they delivered the car to the address and even came over to my home to do final paperwork... Really an incredible experience from beginning to end!

Horrible customer service by the employees here in regards to my Bentley. I came in today to have keys made and was totally dismissed. I asked for help and I felt look down upon. The worst thing about it all was that I was going to purchase another vehicle today as well since I had been doing some research. I will never ever come by this dealership again and will never recommend this place to anyone. 1 star is too much to give. The manager who is a white male in the service department, with dark hair and classes said that he couldn't assist me at this location, and that I should see if the Edison, NJ location could. When I asked him if he could just make a quick phone call to see if they could help, he replied no and just printed the number from Google, after I had driven here from Delaware. He was very condescending. I usually don't bring up the race card but I was given the impression that he adamant about not giving great customer service because of my appearance.
