I have been dealing with F.C Kerbeck & Sons for close to 5 years now, and it has been one of the worst experiences ever. From dismissive comments by workers, horrid communication practices, discriminatory practices and interactions with their service department, to being sold an SUV that wasn't durable. I've dealt with other car dealerships and Non-America made cars, I have never had to deal with anything like the above-mentioned issues. I wouldn't be surprised if the current issue with my car wasn't the result of their poor service. I have literally had other GM dealerships tell me they would not work on my car due to the poor quality of work from F. C Kerbeck. I literally dread having to have any interaction with them because they've made my car buying and owning experience so difficult and uncomfortable. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Paying $750 for service and not even getting my car washed. They don’t even provided us a car. We were told that our car will be washed and done by 2pm and we had to call her at 3:15 and ask when will our car be ready. I tried taking to the director but don’t get any response. Horrible place. Never going back there.

My fiancé always use the app to schedule his appointment for services and every time I take it ( which it never fails) It’s always an issue on how he’s not in the system for service. I was able to get in but not sure if I will go back to this GMC for services. This is my second time having to go through this. Either the app needs to be updated or take it down.

I've bought many vehicles throughout my lifetime; but FC KERBECK is a very "unique" and "special" dealership! When people say "We Treat You Like Family"; I get nervous because family tends to "F" you over; but not them, Not FC KERBECK, they REALLY make you & service you like "Family"; from the great conversations over dinner (they pay -lol) or to any Brand of Vehicle whether Maserati or Aston Martin with Chris, from Front Desk Greeters Jon the GM or Will Durham,to the Porters saying "hello" all the way back to signing at Finance either Joe or Derrick; this ENTIRE TEAM including the Kerbeck Brothers.... They Got You!As a Single Mom, I work EXTREMELY HARD to ensure I give my Son only the BEST; and this Dealership is the BEST!These Gentlemen make SURE my son and I are driving SAFE and I wholeheartedly ADORE them for their Character, Honesty, Transparency and Great Work Ethics!I can purchase a Vehicle ANYWHERE, but I travel from North to South New Jersey JUST FOR THEM, waving Bye to their Competitors right here in my backyard!95-South to My Guys at FC KERBECK ... BUYER BEWARE. Horrible place. Would not buy any car from here. They paint rotors and calipers on used cars to make them look better and trick the customer into thinking they're new. They overprice every car, sell cars with known issues and rip the customers off on a daily basis. The reputation and quality of this dealership has declined drastically. Management is money hungry and does not care about employees, customers or anything else. Technicians have to make due with very old equipment and makeshift special tools. Management is too cheap to buy actual special tools needed to do the job correctly. Avoid this place at all costs unless you plan to come back every few months for issues with your vehicle.

I drove past multiple GM dealers to come to this one due to a referral and I'm so happy I did. they kept entertaining my offers and wouldn't let me leave unless I was satisfied. I'm looking forward to working with you again in 3 years

I have bought xt5 Cadillac 2018 , when my first bill came I was surprised they add 5000$ to the total payment as a warranty , we agreed on 2400$ . We kept calling them for 3 months with no result .... Now I need to fix my car so I scheduled appointment with service Department . I dropped off my car there. I have my kid with me I asked them for another car to drive back home and they said your warranty not cover that . I received a phone call from them that I need to pay 1400$ to fix the car's thermostat . Its a minor thing . I lost 5000$ over nothing ... this was my first and last time dealing with this company , they care about money and how they can take benefit from you they don't care about customer satisfactionTake my advice don't deal with them .Muaddi Family .

I took my CADILLAC to a CADILLAC dealer and after 4 trips, tolls paid, and $2000 later a CADILLAC dealership could not fix my problem. The 26 hrs either waiting or not having my truck I can never get back. Never again.

Bought a truck in July certified preowned had it 3 days dead battery I had to buy a new one needed keys for the retractable bed cover called several times no one gets back to you or follows up. On the we owe they had to order door emblems have called spoke to many people was told there in we will mail them to you still to this day no emblems and no return calls buyer be wear will never recommend anyone buying a car from them

the dealership is very cheap when it comes time to trade your car in, but they wouldn't mind selling your car for $5,000 more then what they gave you for a trade in I understand they got to make money but come on people give people what they deserve, especially when it comes to people like myself that takes very good care of my car, very cheap when it comes to trade ins. I'll go somewhere else.

Don't get a car from here! Especially a GMC! I got ripped off! They said the car was certified and I been having none stop problems with the car since I got it. Some of the parts they said the warranty didn't cover it and it was a major part of the car that the car should not had been sold to anyone with. It's a shame I didn't think I would had such a horrible experience with coming from a place that sells luxury cars.
