This review reflects my opinion of the bank itself and not the branch or the people in the branch. I have been at this bank for nearly 10 years, and at my company for 12 years and have had direct deposit the entire time. The only thing that isnt direct deposited are bonus checks. I have received the same bonus amount for the past 3 years and it got flagged for fraud and held for 9 days before clearing. Two days after depositing the check, I paid my mortgage so it came out when my direct deposit hit the next day. The following day comes and billpay shows the bill paid, Also the mortgage company shows it paid. It doesnt reflect in checking, even though the funds are available. The following Monday it still is not reflecting in my account. That is when I find out going to the bank that my account is locked due to my bonus check and the check isnt going to clear until late Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve comes and I receive an email telling me they are taking back my mortgage payment because 5 days after the fact, I no longer have the funds to pay for the mortgage even though in 6 hours from the message my bonus will be clearing. Christmas Day I see the payment has been removed from my mortgage and my bonus is cleared reflecting funds exceeding 5 times the amount of my mortgage AND my billpay is now blocked so I can not resend my payment to the mortgage company. I pulled out my savings and will be taking my banking business elsewhere. Also, due to the time taken to clear the check, I was accessed $120 in fees and interest charges on a credit payment that went out the day after the bonus cleared. If that checked cleared when it was supposed to, the balance on the card would have been paid off with five days to spare. Santander takes no responsibility for their screw ups and poor management of other peoples funds.

AS MY FIRST TIME COMMING TO THIS LOCATION I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN I CAME TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. A BANKER NAME DAVIS LAWRENCE TOLD ME I HAVE TO DO AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE I DIDN'T SEE NO BODY AT THE DESK AND I ASK IF HE WAS BUSY HE SAID YES THAT HE HAD CLIENT COMING SOON HE TOLD ME HE WILL MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND STOOD THERE FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES AND NEVER CAME BACK I FELT LIKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS WASN'T GOOG.HE DEFINITELY HAS POOR COMMUNICATION TO COSTUMERS.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
From the front desk to the managers this place the worst customer service I ever seen in my life. They are rude when you come in and treat you like a criminal. The last incident that occurred was the ATM took my card and would not spit it back out, the computer shut down and I waited an hour for it to reboot just in case my card came out. Well it did not that was on Saturday at 10pm after bank hours, I called Monday morning and the manager stated they would check on my card, after waiting two hours I called back in myself to find out the status of my card, with no empathy he said it was shredded, I said are you kidding me. I said why! He said no idea. I said well when were you gonna call me back to tell me this, he tells me he is the only person in the branch today? Seriously? Monday during the holidays? Then rudely tells me he has two people staring at him right now he has to get off the phone. This branch will close down because of the lack of accountability and customer service. I will be moving my money from this bank.

I will be leaving this bank! I have never encountered a bank who takes 11 business days to clear a check from a reputable large health organization who is well known in this area. I called customer services to inquire as to why it has taken so long and they stated my check was “on hold for verification” and that I should call the organization to make sure they have funds. I had to laugh at this customer service rep because what she was saying sounded ridiculous!! This is a legit check from a new employer (well known hospital) because I was not able to submit direct deposit on time. Here we are on Monday still no check verification and direct deposit is supposed to hit this Friday! Unbelievable horrible bank holding on to someone’s money! None of this makes any sense!!! Terrible customer service! I will be closing my account and banking elsewhere! This bank is a joke!

ATM steals your money and the central customer service tells you it will take 45 to 90 business days for you to get your money back. Does someone not count the ATM money?!

I find everyone at this branch polite and extremely helpful, they greet me with a smile and a happy hello every time I go in. I've had this account for many years and it's because of the staff at this location.

I literally go out of my way to visit this branch for my business accounts. All Santanders have been good when I’m out of town, but the customer service from Porsche and BillyJoe are outstanding, and I would recommend this branch to any friends and family !

They were send my house promotion code 300$ i went to bank for opening account they ask for direct deposit I said I have owned business I put cash they can't ok ..why you send advertising my house and where u get my info as usual always catch no problem using my money but not my time

Best bank ever , manager of this branch so accurate and also very nice . The venezolan lady she is awesome . Congratulations you guys , I prefer travel to this branch than Pennsauken one .

Best bank in town.. hours 9-5 Monday-Wednesday 9 -6 on Thursday & Friday.. ATM Is across the street for after hours not sure what the other guy was talking about-

Great people, but most days they close at 4 which is too earlt for me to make it there after work.
