“The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time.
She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best.

There is always a very slow response for customer service at the print shop due to only having one or two employees trying to address a long line of customers and being overwhelmed with questions. Service in this area of the store definitely needs improvement. More attention to detail needs to be addressed in keeping the floor of this area clean. This area routinely has paper debris on the floor which needs to be removed to give the store a clean professional look. Long wait times in the print shop creating disgruntled customers definitely needed to be addressed.”

“This review is based on the wonderful experience I had at the Staples store in Marlton, NJ. I lost a piece of jewelry serval days ago and it was found in the store several days later. When I went to pick it up the staff could not have been nicer. I wanted to leave a small reward or even buy them lunch, they politely refused and said they were happy it was found and to help. This doesn't happen very often in today's world and it just goes to show there are good people all around us. Thankyou again to the Staples staff.”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!!
