Called to ask if they do inspection stickers and mentioned that I have a windshield tint. The person on the phone responded in a rude tone, saying, “Not interested in that.” It was clear they didn’t want my business and didn’t sound welcoming at all. If customer service matters to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Always had a positive experience with Winters. Joe is an honest guy who will tell you if you need a repair or don't. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Joe is amazing, he is honest and I have been using Winter's for years, I will not go anywhere else. It is nice to see that honest businesses do exist. I have been taking my vehicles here for years as have my parents, children and friends. They are consistently top notch in repairs and maintenance and always reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to any other mechanics.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with good pricing. They kept my car running for the past several years. I recently stopped using their services because I moved out of state. If I move back to this region, I will definitely use their services again.

My driver's side window motor broke and being a guy I thought I could fix it myself. I only made things worse by getting the door locked and not being able to open it. Jimmy from Mongo's figured it out and saved the day at a very affordable price. These techs know their job and they prove it. An amazing experience from beginning to end. Hats off to them!
