On January 30th I was racially profiled in this store by an associate who claimed to be a Manager. He asked me for requirements to complete my return that are beyond the normal procedure. He would not allow me to return with Apple Pay which is the same way I purchased the items. He also asked for ID as well which they don’t ask you for when you purchase. Mall security and the police were called in this incident as ir escalated. The associate also refused to give me the contact of the regional manager. He wrote his name and her name on the paper but would not provide more. After the incident, I got in contact with the regional manager and store manager after. The store manager gave me canned, run of the mill responses leading me to believe Adidas condones this behavior. Additionally, after the night of the incident I was asked by the store manager to come back in the Bergen Town Center store to return the items. I requested that the associate that profiled me and disrespected me not be present for my safety and comfort. When I arrived for my 2nd attempt to return, he was at the front desk. There was no consideration given to me st all.
The management and customer service at this store is extremely poor. Adidas corporate does not care. I would suggest to everyone to not spending money where your phenotype is judged as criminal. It’s by far the worst customer experience I had and I will forever know Adidas for this.

Horrible customer service . I have the app and when I make a purchase, they always send my receipt to my email. Last time they didn't do it and when I went to exchange my sweatshirt they didn't want to help me. Manager was nasty. I won't buy adidad anymore.

Huge shoutout to Daniel in this Adidas store. Awesome worker with the best recommendations and suggestions of adidas apparel. He Always makes the shopping experience family friendly and is an outstanding communicator. Whoever is his boss, made the best decision in hiring that young man. I now bring my family and friends to the adidas outlet just because of his advice and suggestions for fashion. The best Worker of any brand is in that adidas store, Daniel you’re outstanding!!! Definitely go shop at adidas outlet in Paramus and ask for Daniel.

I purchased shoes from here I, I told cashier to give me email and print Receipt . I. Did not realize that he never sent email recipe. When I went to return shoes, I didn't have paper receipts , cashier said they need receipt to return, I told guy that he never sent email recipe and I lost paper recipe. Guy said I can give you store credit but you need to use it same day. I agree with that than he try to give me $15 credit for $50 shoes. They are robbing you. I wouldn't go this store and staff not helpful.

The store manager is so rude , he refuse to exchange a pair of snakerthat I purchased from the store for $75 and it was tight, his excuse was that the sneaker is dirty and worn which is not true. I purchased so many items from there. But not any more. I don't recommend this place .
