Small store so it's not always a huge selection but the staff are always professional, pleasant and accommodating.

Nice ly located within Bergen mall. I visited both Nike and adidas showrooms here and saw more discounts in adidas .. they had 50% discounts in tshirts / caps etc and about 70% discounts on golf accessories. Worth it . I loved the tshirts .. got a few : for 12$ it was worth . I also got caps for 10$ .. really worth . I saw Nike caps for 20$.. lots of parking outside . Billing could be better . Very slow billing .. overall a good experience though..

Needs for some employees to have more customer service skills. I love this outlet but last weekend I was very disappointed by the lack of help we received in Adidas and Nike to find shoes for my boys.

The store is supposed to close at 9:00 PM, but I tried to enter the store at 8:30 and they said that the store was closed. This is not the first time that it happened.

Apparel is priced at very affordable prices, but good luck in finding a set of clothing that is an actual set. Sneakers are such in disarray, but there are some pretty good deals to be found.
