Watch out for misleading sale signs in store!!!! sign says take additional 40% off the lowest ticketed price however store manager (Paramus) refused to honor the price per sign. Don’t go there!

I made a change of some tennis shoes that I changed today 04/03/2025 around 7:30 pm and the person who made the change treated me with contempt, took away the discount I had and refused to be the change. To be specific it was a person of latin origin, apparently claimed to be the manager, but left much to be desired by his attitude and arrogance by not giving a solution and respond with an attitude of superiority.

Surprised by the negative reviews I found everyone very attentive and helpful, the collection is nice, both shoes and apparels are well organized, mostly stocked up with all sizes.

They technically kicked us out for looking at soccer jerseys and pressed us for looking around and feeling the material. Terrible experience with that one lady.

I went there after leaving Walmart supercenter. I walked in asked the staff if they had Adidas women's sneakers. The staff told me over there. That was it!Horrible customer service. Definitely will not go back.

The worst customer service, purchases for more than $1500 and they didn't want to exchange the shoe for 1 size smaller, because apparently they were used and the shoe is in perfect condition. Robin or whatever the manager's name is, this brand is great for him
