I went there after leaving Walmart supercenter. I walked in asked the staff if they had Adidas women's sneakers. The staff told me over there. That was it!Horrible customer service. Definitely will not go back.

I couldn't find the product I was looking for. There are a number of shoes in the shoe aisle. It's clean and spacious inside.

They go above and beyond and cover every aspect of sports and lifestyle. Although quite large, it is stocked with every type of clothing you might need.They have tons of athletic gear and shoes in stock, and the décor and display of this store at gsp are also really attractive.The store offers a wide variety of new adidas styles.

Started off ok as an associate noticed we were looking at a jacket. She got the right size and a brand new jacket instead of me getting the one from the mannequin. What was so bizarre is that we were next in line and the cashier gave us a hand gesture saying 5 minutes. She was just putting something on a hanger and talking to an associate. That's wild to me. It wasn't busy. The counter wasn't slammed with clothes. So customers don't come first? They don't want the sale? Cool. We hopped off line and started to walk out. She didn't even say a thing. Trash customer service and trash associate. I'm not blaming adidas for this. Just don't come here and just get it online. This is the one on the second floor next near Zara.

Friendly service and a wide range of selections. I bought two pairs of sneakers and returned one I had bought online. The return was hassle free.

I’m writing this review to commend the staff of the adidas store on 9/3/22. There was an emergency that caused the mall to go into a lock down and it was pretty scary to see people running and screaming through the mall. Within 30 seconds employees locked the doors and got all of us to the back room where we were safe. The staff asked everyone if they were ok and made us feel it was safe to leave . Thank you ?? for the preparedness and calm demeanor.

They have the BEST prices if you want to resell then come here they will give you a fair price and won’t crackheads two people assisted me today.( Sabrina, Joel, Jonny) They gave me a fair price and threw in size swap for the pandas dunks for free.

They won't accept returns ever Don't waste your time coming here Unless you're here to purchase. And yes they're supposed to accept your returns even if it's from online

I usually don’t review but I had a rather confusing experience at this store and I wanted to warn any future customers of this location.The cashier at the store would not let me exchange or return an item I purchased online. The person that helped me kept telling me that the item I purchased was terrible quality and his store would never carry such an item. I’m glad he told me so I could switch from an exchange to a return (also never met a store associate who admitted their items were terrible quality). This made me a little concerned because the item I purchased was from Adidas just online. Why would there be a difference in quality?The cashier then went on and said that this store doesn’t do returns for online items. However, the patrons before me, father and daughter, returned an item from online. The difference was they printed the online reciept (I took a peek at their reciept while we were waiting in the cue). Additionally, I called the customer service ahead and they said that any Adidas store would be able to help me return or exchange. Why is there such a disconnect between online, in person, and customer service?I went to a different store and they allowed me to return my items without a fuss. This whole experience left a bad taste. I think I’ll save my time and money for a different store and brand.

Walked in wantin to buy some leggings for my lady friend and the manager decided she wanted to argue with me about what discounts I knew I could or could not use in the Adidas store that I personally work in…. I’ve been here a few times but just thought I’d leave my experience from this visit. I usually prefer not to argue with people about this kind of stuff in general in stores especially management. She tried to tell me what I was doing “was illegal”. If it was illegal to use a registered I’d me account while shopping at a 60 percent off clearance store then I would have lost my job already ? I will give a shout to the other lady workin who helped us out, don’t know her name but big shout out to her.
