Big thank you to Athena for being a great help this morning. She’s very knowledgeable and made shopping at Aesop such a great and welcoming experience. She was very patient, answered all of our questions and allayed any worries we might have had, as well as provided recommendations and suggestions based on our needs. Overall, we left very happy and with a few more products for our collection. We will definitely be returning to this location. (Also, the tea is great!)

The staff here are very kind and knowledgeable of their products! Miranda was very sweet, I didn’t get to catch the name of the male staff but he was also very nice and recommended me and my boyfriend different hand scrubs and body mists.

I absolutely loved my experience here because of Alexis! She was so knowledgeable about skincare , attentive, and kind. I was introduced to so many other products because of her. I am absolutely loving my Amsterdam travel kit and my boyfriend has been loving his Kyoto travel kit. He is converted to Aesop products now :)

Yesterday I had such an amazing experience with Ryan!!!! His knowledgeable with skin care was amazing and he really took the time to understand my skin and show me the most perfect products that were made for me.Also had a great experience with Miranda who helped me pick out my new favorite scent.I will be back 150 percent

Very helpful and professional staff. Expensive products: a 3.4 oz tube (small!) of body balm cost approximately $38.00. The product smells good and is very rich, but $38.00 is pretty steep for a tiny tube, in my humble opinion. I can't judge yet whether the cream is good or not, and how long the tube will last. Aesop products are leaping bunny certified. They are reportedly entirely vegan and are not tested on animals. The company itself is a Certified B Corporation, which means it scores high on environmental sustainability. One star off due to the prices of the products. Otherwise, amazing.

I recently had a delightful experience at Aesop, thanks to an outstanding employee Alexis. Her kindness, sweet demeanor, and courteous attitude was truly refreshing. She went above and beyond to be attentive not only to me but to everyone in the store. Her excellent customer service made my visit exceptionally pleasant, and I left with a positive impression of Aesop. I hope she is acknowledged by management because employees like theses are hard to find.

Alexis was super helpful and knowledgeable on all the best sellers ranging from gift sets, perfumes, skin care serums & facial oils, and more! The in-store experience guided by her just felt like an aromatic spa, and we were immersed in the earthy and refreshing aromatics. We were able to appreciate Aesop’s essence.

Stopped by the Paramus location today to do an exchange. Lucy and Dee were so helpful. Both young ladies were knowledgeable about the product. Recommendations were great! I left feeling calm and happy. Thanks Lucy and Dee!
