On my 3rd f150 in 25 years here at All American.They have evolved so much and kept up with the times with customer service and their facility. My 3rd one is a lightning. Buying online was painless. Dan in sales answered all my stupid questions during the process.Today they did a mobile service at my work place for a few recalls. I did nothing but email the service manager and Meghan called to get the ball rolling. they called me within an hour to confirm issues and updates and gave me a bunch of options where the mobile guy can meet me. couldn't be any easier.

Let me rephrase with saying Tyler is a good manager. But every other employee I interacted with provided the worst service possibly imaginable. Was told to have my service done it would take 4 hours. After waiting 8 and 1/2 hours I tried calling to find out the status of my car. After being told that they had no idea my car was being serviced including one employee saying “your car is here?”, along with 3 ignored calls, and the service advisor getting mad at ME for being asking where my car was, I finally got in contact with Tyler who is the manager. I was informed that the service would actually now take 2 days and that they didn’t have a loaner car to give me. When asked why I was told that the part needed wasn’t there, even though I went there 2 weeks prior for the exact reason of finding out what part was needed. I was told my car wasn’t being worked on at all and when I asked what was going on for the last 8 hours no one could give me an answer. After being forced to Uber there myself I was told to rearrange my appointment to when the new part would come in to which I responded absolutely not. I will never return to this location, and I want this to be a warning to everyone reading this that they do not care about you and will not treat you with decency. Apart from Tyler trying his best to remedy it, the fact that I had to take time out of work to get this done, only to be told that no work was being done is insane. Also even if the service took more time, they didn’t even have the part needed, so what was happening the whole time they had my car and why could no one communicate that with me.

Javier walked me through the process from beginning to end in the most professional manner. He was very easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and provided information I never even thought to ask.He listened to my wants and offered me several options explaining each thoroughly.I would highly recommend Javier and All-American and will return for future vehicles

My lease was coming up on my truck and I was called by Keung Tsui about getting into new truck. He was very courteous over the phone. I explained to him I was interested in buying my 2020 F150. He was very helpful and patient throughout this process. He made the whole experience enjoyable and not stressful. I moved out of state to Boca Raton, Florida and he was able to complete all paper work via electronic signature and over night documents that needed physical signatures. He was an Outstanding Sale Rep for this dealer. He went out of his way to do everything so I could get into my truck. I also worked with Tom, from finance and he worked through many banks find the best rate he could get for my car loan. It was such an easy experience doing this all from home and out of state. At American Ford Paramus they are all very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a FORD new or pre owned!

The absolute best vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. Courteous, caring, understanding and way too easy of an experience. By far the easiest time I’ve ever had purchasing a new new vehicle. Dan, Mike, and TJ handled every need I had and walked out the door a VERY satisfied customer. They were able to have a conversation with me and for the first time in a long time, they treated me like a person, not a customer. I didn’t get the “car salesman” feeling with this dealership. I would HIGHLY encourage this be your first stop for a Ford in the NY/NJ area. When it’s time to get another vehicle, regardless of my location, I’ll reach out to this Team first. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

All American Ford is the best!! We just leased our 3rd car and the process has been seamless from beginning to end! Kevin is so easy to work with and is efficient and knowledgeable! Where do I start? I've been charged more than 12,000 dollars for servicing over the last 5 months. I would pay more than 2500 for a "simple fix" and they would return the car to me but a day later, the same problem.Did they fix it for free. No, I "needed something else done." Another couple of thousand dollars. Their mechanics make many mistakes, as well. I don't know if they test-drive cars before giving them back but it sure doesn't seem this way. My advice is a different dealership if you choose to take your car to a dealership rather than an outside mechanic

Best experience ever (like always)! Purchasing a car can be a little overwhelming but my family has been purchasing cars at this ford for the past several years and every-time it’s smooth and easy!I highly recommend going in if interested in a good quality vehicle and great atmosphere! Javier helped all of my family purchase our cars and he is truly the best! Patient, knowledgeable, and allows you to look and not feel pressured. I recently bought a used truck and noticed some issues when I got home. I brought it in to customer service and the service manager had a condescending attitude towards me because I look young. He was nasty and said they would look at it. He wouldn't let me show him the issues and just wrote them down. Clearly he wasn't listening because when I picked it up he gave me more of an attitude and said they found nothing. They didn't look at what I told him to, said there was nothing wrong, and they left grease all over the windows!! Now I still need the issues fixed. Horrible experience and the service manager did not care at all to help. What is the point in buying the extended warranty if they don't fix anything at all!! And I brought the truck home from the dealership like that!!!

Had an amazing experience with the service center. My service advisor, John Diaz, went above and beyond. Not only was he patient and calm, he helped walk me through everything that was being done and needed to be done. At the end, he was nice enough to take time and walk me through explanations of the repairs with images and everything. I’ve been to numerous ford dealers (7+ at this point), and John has been the best person I’ve encountered to date. Cant recommend this place enough.

All American Ford of Paramus, NJ and it’s team of service representatives, experienced auto repair technicians and service manager have exceeded my expectations by providing a personal touch in how they managed my issues with my vehicle while being repaired at their dealership. Not only did the service rep Jeanette Vaccaro stay in constant contact with me via text to resolve all my concerns during the repair but due to ordered parts which arrived late in the afternoon, the dedicated mechanic stayed after closing hours to complete the repair of my 2011 Ford Explorer. Wow!

If I could give more stars I would. Jaclyn my service advisor was great. She kept me appraised at all times. My vehicle is an older one that required extensive work. She had everything performed that it required to get it back on the road. She didn't have anything extra done that would increase the cost. Upon pick up she advised me of things that may be done in the future. If you need work done, I highly recommend you have Jaclyn as your advisor.
