Staff is always TOP NOTCH!! My one star rating is due to their prices. A 16 ounce container of salad is 10.49, seriously! Illy coffee is 17.49, bagged lettuce was 7 dollars, bananas are 1.19lb... I can go on and on. I guess they have to pay for their new self scan registers somehow ? You can go to shoprite and pay half the price. If they continue with these prices they'll go under within a year.

I like place but I have said it before, the salad bar and hot food is pretty good but you need to get there right at lunch time in order for it to be plentiful and fresh.

Easy returns for Amazon orders. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices are competitive to other supermarkets.

I don't know but this Amazon Fresh seemed dead. There was barely anyone there. It was my first time going. They have dynamic electronic price labels on the shelves. The few items I saw were a lot more expensive than at a regular grocery store like Stop and Shop, Shoprite, or Aldi. A box of Kelloggs family size Corn Flakes 18 ounce was like around $6.50 when you can get that around $2 dollars or more off at the regular grocery stores. A container of ice cream also was about $2 more. I didn't take a good look around the store and was just checking it out while I was in the area with a friend passing by. They don't take Apple Pay. Eggs seemed even more expensive here also in my observation. I don't know why the prices are significantly more expensive. I went on a Monday evening around 5:30 pm.

Spacious, clean, and organized. Prices are on par with a regular supermarket. Love the checkout process. Just walk out. Saves so much time.
Update: I've been here several times now. And while the shopping experience is mostly enjoyable, the checkout system is unreliable. On multiple occasions, I was charged for an item I didn't take. Amazon customer service will always refund me for those items but it's just a hassle. Always check your receipt.

Produce is fresh, but dairy and meat products stale date are within generally one week of your purchase vs, multiples for any other shopping center. Additionally I have been overcharged for items where I only purchased one item and the system read it as 3 or more on several occasions. Amazon was helpful the first few times this occurred and immediately reimbursed me. Recently when this happened they said i have to go to the store physically. Be careful of the Gorilla in the room.

They sale there fruits by single items with the exception of grapes. Apples, oranges, plums, etc are sold not by pound. Prices are fair, hot and cold bar has declined to me.
