This is for the Aerie Store.The worst customer service. This is exactly why I just rather shop online. When you ask someone here for something it’s like you are bothering them to do their job. I asked for a particular size, they said they would check. I patiently waited in the store and no one got back to me. The store was empty and there were multiple employees in the store. I went back and asked again and I was told that they did not have it. The item in the size I wanted was on the mannequin and I asked if I can try it on. The response I received was so rude and with an attitude. I was told that I need to be sure that I’m purchasing it before they take it off the mannequin. I was not allowed to try it. I asked if I can at least see the item off the mannequin before I purchase it and I was told no. I will never be going back.

Wonderful! Was on a hunt for jeans & had many offers to help & advice! Very nice store - large floor space with a great selection- and was nice and organized! 10/10

Went in to buy some summer clothes. Repeatedly bothered by multiple employees asking if I needed anything. There was at least 6 different ones in a 15 min span. Continually said no I’m just browsing. 2 min later another person would approach me. Finally decided to go close out order and cashier asked me if I’d like to signup for anything. I said no I’m In a rush. She then kept showing me the discount I could get if I signed up. She saw I was paying with a credit card and asked for my id still showing me the discount I could get. She wound up sign me up for a credit card I didn’t ask for. She used my id and told me I was approved. I said I don’t want a credit card. She said too bad you can cancel when you get it if you don’t want it. Classic bait and switch. She was so persistent continuously showing me a discount. Next time leave people alone when they are shopping and let them know what they are signing up for.

I booked my first ever Personal Stylist appointment with Bryan. Bryan styled my friend and I perfectly. The whole shopping experience was hassle and stress free. Bryan was incredibly nice and patient with us. Will definitely recommend and do this every time I shop at American Eagle, Garden State.

We went there today with my friend for summer shopping and I wished this wasn’t the first store at Westfield we started our shopping because it changed our whole shopping experience down .As we entered all the workers made us very uncomfortable and repeatedly and intentionally offered assistance (I say intentionally because when we said no to a salesperson another one came 2 min later who were actually together and was next to us when we said no to other )repeatedly told them we are browsing .We picked 2 pair of jeans to try with all the harassment and we told them to open a dressing door for us .As I tried first jeans I wanted to show my friend who was there but when I opened a male sales rep who opened the door was in front of my door like guardian with weird look on his face and then realized she told my friend that she is not allowed around dressing area .I had to walk all the way to dressing exit to show to my friend the jeans fit while again sales rep staring with uncontrollable dismissal face .I was very upset eventhough I liked one of the jeans I didn’t want to buy it with this awful experience.They need a whole new makeover for this store otherwise will soon have no customer going in there to be treated that way .There is seriously something wrong with the people there .

I refuse to go in the store 2 times I went in and got followed around and seeing the managers crowed together and staring at me and my husband like we’re gonna steal something and they had multiple employees come ask me back to back if I needed something which made me feel like I was being harassed I will only order online never going in there again if I can give 0stars I would and if I wasn’t treated so horribly I wouldn’t spent the extra money on the jeans I wanted but I’ll take the discount online

My sister and I went in to just browse the new summer clothes they had, and we were forced to leave the store due to how unbelievably uncomfortable the sales associates made us. Every single associate in that store came up to us over and over again and would never be more than two steps behind us. It was extremely evident to me what they were doing, as I've worked retail for years and years. I could see them talking about us on their headsets as they would glare right at me. It was genuinely so uncomfortable and weird and it was upsetting to be profiled like that for no reason whatsoever. Seriously so weird

I live in NY and i drive specifically to this mall every time because of the selection if stores. Particularly this aerie. Every time I come the store is clean and stocked . Sometimes assistance isnt available because of the quantity if customers . But today I had immeadiate help from a lovely associate named jeanine . Didnt get the shorts i wanted but i got a cute skirt and top that she helped me with.

08/11/22.The service tonight was awful. They were ready to close, which I understand, but doesn’t give you the right to have an attitude. When I was ready to pay I told the cashier that the item was on clearance. She told me, (that’s just how the price is showing up). She didn’t give me the right discount and she quickly completed the transaction. I pointed out to her again that it’s actually in clearance. She ended up giving me the clearance, because she knew I was right. We could’ve both saved sometime,if she listened to me from the beginning . Anyways, she ended doing double the work. In addition, my mom tried to help and she told another sales associate about what was happening . The sales associate was just as rude.
