Customer service is horrible. Employees leave you standing waiting to pay while they’re talking and looking at you clearly seeing you are waiting to pay for a product. Perhaps you also need a younger crew that can better assist and represent the store better. All the employees I ran into yesterday were just not happy to be there and were giving attitude to everyone. Will not shop at this store again.

Cashier Marina or Maryana was rude. I overheard her name from another worker calling her name. If you don’t like your job get another one if you cant have a friendly attitude in retail you might be better off loading sacks of potatoes on the train in Moscow.

The cashier with glasses and ponytails was extremely, overwhelmingly rude (borderline insulting) to my family and me. As we were checking out, she muttered under her breath the word, “wow”, when we asked about the current promotion, and again, another “wow” when we clicked ‘no’ to donating to a fundraiser before the payment went through. When I called her out about it, she quickly changed her attitude, searching for excuses for her incredibly offensive behavior. This place hires cashiers who are not customer-oriented and handles sales unprofessionally which, I assume, does not fit the image of the brand.

I'll never spend a dime with this Company again, after seeing at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus, that they supported "Donor's Choice." For people not familiar, this is an operation out of the Bronx, NY, tailored to benefit only a specific, minority demographic. What kind of "choice" is that? What happened to St. Jude's, the charity featured in previous years? Not enough "box checkers?"Go WOKE, go BROKE. Ann Taylor and all of their companies just lost a well-heeled customer. It would take 50 people from the Bronx to make up for the money lost from affluent, mainstream American customers. Can you say "backfire?" I thought you could!

I used to work here and was horribly sexually harassed on a daily basis. Michael Estrella would constantly expose his penis with foreskin and ask for sex. He would report how he constantly would have sex with women in the security truck. He also asked one time "if me saying no is because I needed him to just force himself on me." I informed him that forcing is rape and I am just not interested in a married guy. There were other security officers that exposed themselves too and one was a traffic supervisor and was begging for sex. I cannot remember his name. The more I said no the more I was harassed and made felt uncomfortable. Joseph Ayoubi who was the director was extremely hostile and was always angry. I do remember him coming into work and drinking beer on the job a few times. He would say "On the clock I am his property" and "That you either quit or I will torture you until you quit." All because I refused to call him on his cell phone. I did at one point have some of this on video and then I wound up losing my phone and the videos as well because i wanted to make it public. I did quit the job because I needed to focus on my safety. I do want to warn other women to be careful.

This mall is HUGE! It also had a movie theatre and many restaurants aside from the food court. It has all of my favorite stores including some delicious concession stands like baked by Melissa cupcakes. One of the best things about this mall is they do not charge tax on clothing or shoes. It is very clean and modern. There is parking all around the mall and there are other shopping centers around the mall. The only thing I you need to know is that it is NOT opened on Sundays.

One of my favorite malls. Its absolutely huge. Its clean. The parking garage is the best with the red and green lights down the middle of the rows letting you know if a spot is open. Very high end and fancy.
