The apple garden state plaza is one of the best stores I got help with! One of the representatives showed me what MacBook charger I needed to charge my MacBook, some of the chargers I ordered online were total knockoffs!
I am very grateful and happy with the outcome I received to get my MacBook charged without any issues whatsoever

I visited this Apple Store today for an Apple Watch repair. My experience was excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful, patient and kind! Thank you for your incredible service which now a days can be very difficult to find!

This Apple Store at Garden State Plaza is such a mess. There are no clear lines or areas for customers to wait, so the whole place feels chaotic. Staff were running around with no coordination, while multiple customers stood around hoping someone might help. I waited over 30 minutes with no assistance. When I finally asked, the staff, who’s simply chatting with another staff in the corner, gave me terrible attitude and told me to wait longer because they were “busy.”
The store is poorly managed, communication is nonexistent, and customer courtesy is completely lacking. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Very disappointing. Apple should do much better—especially when its new products are more expensive than ever and barely offering meaningful upgrades. I’ll take my business elsewhere—somewhere I actually feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

I came to purchase a brand new iPad Pro 13 inch. I arrived at 8:45 I brought last year's iPhone with me to trade in the incompetent staff wasted an hour trying to get a value for my phone at which time they told me it was now too late to purchase The iPad!!! Are you serious! I was being helped for an hour and then at 10 o'clock they told me they were closed and they would not sell it to me! The incompetence of this staff is bewildering!
This is not the first time something like this has happened at this store. Last year I came in to repair my phone under warranty I waited for two hours And the store closed and they told me they would keep my cell phone overnight and I can come back in the Morning. I refuse to leave my phone with them overnight who would do that!?
This is the last time I will ever visit Apple in Garden State Plaza. The incompetence and the absolute disregard for their consume Is disgraceful. I cannot explain how livid I am I came in there Ready to pay for the iPad, When I mentioned I have a phone that I could trade in if possible They asked to have a look then wasted my time for an hour and then didn't sell me the ipad!! No wonder why they have to charge so much for their products They have to be able to afford their Smooth brain staff smh

I had a terrible experience at this Apple Store. I came in with a scheduled reservation to pick up an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and despite following the process like everyone else, I was repeatedly ignored and brushed off.
When it was finally my turn, I was sent to an agent who was already helping someone else. They told me they’d “be right with me,” but I stood there for nearly 20 minutes while other customers in the same line were helped immediately by available agents. When I asked again if someone else could assist, I was told “1 more minute,” only to be passed off to yet another agent who was also already occupied.
This treatment was not only unprofessional, but also rude. I had an actual appointment, yet the staff paid no attention to me, and it was clear I was being pushed aside. I understand the store was busy, but that does not excuse leaving a customer waiting while others without reservations were assisted first.
I expect better from Apple. If this is how customers with scheduled appointments are treated, it completely undermines the purpose of making a reservation in the first place.

Walked in with a blacked out phone. They got it to turn on. Ran diagnostics but when I told them the phone was too hot to touch and draining battery quick they tried to assure me nothing was wrong. This is a business phone under a corporate account. Not a personal measley cell phone. $2000 phone + $200 AppleCare. Got home, battery eventually drained. When I went to put it on charger. Nothing. Zip. Zero zilch. Are you kidding? I was there earlier practically begging for a replacement and then this.
To say the least HORRENDOUS service. Time to switch to android or google or somewhere along those lines.
Steve Jobs is rolling in his grave by how far they’ve sunk Apple into the ground.
Watch when you order a new phone. The appointments are all a scam and BS. Even if you show up early. They make you wait on this over ridiculously long line where there are clearly more people than reps. If you’re in a time crunch. This won’t work. I wish I spent the $9 to send to my house. Scam artists
