Went into the store to open up a business account, wasn't greeted by the reps. The rep that helped me didnt give me any options, all he wanted was my id and to run mg business credit.
The other rep glued to the TV, ended up going to another store

I was due for an upgrade and walked in the store and was assisted by Brian. He was great! He helped me choose the right phone and plan etc. I got a great trade in value for my old phone too. Marvin the manager was also assisting, they were both very professional and personable as well. They didn’t rush me and walked me through all the new bells & whistles. I highly recommend this store. It’s the company store, not a franchise and I think that might make the difference.

Walked in to do a in-store pick up and was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in.
Was interested in an item they currently didn’t have on site but manager Carlos was very helpful and said he was able to get it for me in less than 20 mins. Assistant Manager Marvin was also super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the rep Marco who was able to assist us in all our needs. We were very pleased with the service the professionalism and respect they gave us at this location. We will surely be back sooner than later. Highly recommended!!!

I have been coming to this store for many years and have always had a postive experience. Recently when aquiring my upgrade, i met Marvin who was a great help in choosing the phone that was best fit for me. He is very experienced and has alot to offer his customers. His store should be proud.
