A few days after our visit, someone was ordering 3 phones. Thankfully, she received a call from AT&T corporate. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that this happened a few days later.

biggest fraud from ATT. cousin went there. told him if he signs up for first net and add a new line on a new account their old account will get 25 % off. they could have just changed his line to first net and get same discount yet they scammed him of creating new line so they can get a sale. STOP DOING FRAUD!Edit: why the heck will i ever go back to your business? I know yall been slamming your customers with random features in their bills too without consent.. Ive had friends tell me to never go to your store and go to other att instead. Never will you see me step in to your store. I can promise you that.

I have a terrible experience with the Paramus location with the manager; Marvin. I purchased a new phone and opened a new account with him. He seemed nice at first, but after I got my bill, it was double price. He did put me on the highest plan, and that's not what I agreed. I'd been trying to reach him, but he tried to avoid the issue and claimed that he'd reach me back, but it has never happened. Also, I called the store, and he put me on hold forever. No one in the store had responded. It's an awful customer service.

Not a pleasant experience, rep was nice enough but kept saying we couldn’t proceed to add an Apple Watch line to my account. There was a block that even when we called AT@T directly they couldn’t see the issue and said everything was good on their end. Long story short I ended up going to AT@T in Hackensack and was in and out with my Apple Watch Series 8 in less than 5 minutes.

I had the most unprofessional experience with a rep in the store named Chris.I am a medium sized business owner and haven't been in an AT&T store for years.However on a whim I walked into the empty store smiling and was greeted with a guy yawning loudly! I should have left then but did want to see the new phones.Well, Chris claims to be there for 10 years; however he was very unprofessional, unfriendly and had no sales ability. He demanded my driver's license to get my account info which seemed odd. *** For the record, if this individual takes any of my personal information, I will go to the highest court of law to prosecute him.I did comply with his request for my license,, but it really got me nowhere....he didnt even take a moment to review my account info on the screen. I have been an ATT customer for 20 + years but Chris had ZERO interest in helping me and treated me like dirt.I am over 50 years old and felt age shamed.I abruptly walked out of this 20s/30s "boys club."As many other reviews demonstrate, this is a badly run business with awful staff.I called ATT corporate and was told the manager is Sovira, a woman. I truly hope that manager cares enough to reach out after she reads this review.I walked in to buy multiple phones and walked out disturbed by Chris's lack of ability to welcome a customer and make her feel comfortable.When I spoke with AT&T Wireless corporate, I ordered a new phone while I filed my complaint. I got Chris's ID number since he was so disrespectful toward me and filed a complaint about him.For me to leave and be that upset proves it was a pretty disturbing experience. Not sure why the manager is leaving 4 guys in their 20s/30s in the store during business hours.And there was no customer service orientation and it was truly shameful.I did prevail, as I purchased a phone from a very lovely girl from AT &T customer support who got her commission rather than this terrible representative!Again,I am concerned Chris took my driver's license and pulled up my account with all my information (which is privileged information.) I truly hope these people are bonded and have background checks often, because I am concerned for my safety.I truly hope that Chris will be retrained.Lastly, I hope no other middle age woman ever experiences the unprofessional treatment that I received.

HIRE MORE COMPETENT PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND ATT’s POLICIES. Horrible service from Sophia. I have a limited 1-year warranty on my phone case. It kept peeling so I wanted a store credit. She said we’re only allowed 1 replacement per case. I said where does it say that? She showed me ATT warranty website. I went in my car to read it and came back in because no where does it mention only 1 exchange. I asked her to show me…she couldn’t. But still refused. I said ok, so you’re just going against your own store policy that you showed me? She just shrugged. So I called ATT customer service and they agreed that it DOES NOT say a maximum number. They apologized for her incompetence and gave me the credit I was rightfully owed.

I was having an issue with my phone working after an insurance repair and Alysha went above and beyond her duties as a sales associate from trying to get my IPhone back up & running to contacting the UBreakIFix Store trying to get them to fix what they broke, then helping me contact the phone insurance provider since my phone would not work at all. She was very patient and kind and helped me out more than any other AT&T associate ever has (and I've been with AT&T for 17 years).

Brian is very incompetent & need more training in product knowledgeHe had me purchase a $35 pre-paid SIM Card for an obsolete ATT Hotspot Device which I brought to the store.To make matter worse, he lied to my face claiming he did not know.This was a mistake.Now I am out of $50+ And who care ? His suggestion was for me to drive to Best Buy and deal with it.No Refund.Co-worker or alleged Manager stood there and did not say a word.Interestingly enough, the only thing that matter when I walked in the store was to sell me a DirectTV package , or switch my phone carrier.What a scrupulous ATT Saleman !He was not even that great at his job.

Needed a pre-paid phone and was told to go to best buy I've been a customer for 17 years I asked if they had one they said yes I had no problem paying the 285. 00 then he told me he has to charge 58$ to switch over all my info that is a free service.

Nice store good location. Plenty of parking. Not very busy so I got a lot of information. Highest prices of all three of the major carriers.
