I signed up and met with Emanuel Castillo Client Solutions Executive in this store to port my business account from Tmobile to AT&T. I paid my devices off in promise of a $4700 credit to my account in $1000 increments every 3 months. After 2 credits Emanuel is no where to be found changed his number and is no longer responding my emails. This has been happening since April 2023. Still no resolution and haven’t been able to reach out to any manager or district manager or anyone from corporate. Customer services is of no help.

Wes was incredibly helpful and professional. He met us at the door. Listened and met our needs and saved us a lot of time and money on the transaction and our bill. Terrific experience overall!

I had a lot questions about AT&T especially with number portability but the salesperson was extremely nice and had full knowledge of the service they rendering and where she was not sure, she did not hesitate to ask her supervisor. Thank AT&T

Staff was great, kind, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Took care of my mother including upgrading her phone and her service plan.Great customer service. I will continue my long standing relationship with AT&T and always upgrade with you instead of Apple. Thx!

Had a problem with the eSIM on my new iPhone that I purchased upstairs at the Apple Store so they sent me downstairs to this store. I was helped immediately and the problem was resolved almost instantly.

I was told I was eligible for a free upgrade if I turned in my old phone. I would have to upgrade my plan too. So I did. After the transactions were made, my files transferred and my credit card was charged, I was then told my old phone wasn't eligible. Not only did I lose my old plan, I now have to pay 22 dollars a month for the next 3 years. The employee should've checked if my phone was eligible before handling the transactions and wasting an hour of my time.

JACOB is INCOMPETENT!!!!!! Stay away from this location but if you can change you provider. I went to garden state plaza and purchased 3 phone.Upon arriving home after being at this location for 2+ hours , i attempted to make a phone call however the phone does work. He connected the phone to a different account and I ended up having to return the 1 day old phone and get a new one. Now i’m trying to submit a claim because my son damaged the screen but now the customer service rep is telling me i don’t not have insurance. When i purchased the phones i also purchased insurance for every phone. But according to them I do not have insurance. I

The Apple Store upstairs was unable to figure out how to add the cellular connection between the iPhone and the Watch 8. They sent us downstairs to the ATT Store where it took all of 10 minutes and could have been done by Apple

A week before I was in the store, they promise me the new promotion going on to bring your iPhone 10 and up to get $700.00 credit for iPhone 13.I did that, when I was dropping my iPhone 11 they could do and I end up with no phone.Thank you
