Upon entering this establishment, I sought to purchase clothing. After completing my initial shopping, I proceeded to the fitting room. However, I encountered a situation where several employees were engaged in conversation and obstructed my path. When I politely requested assistance in accessing a fitting room, I was met with an exceptionally poor level of customer service. Consequently, I have decided to refrain from returning to this location. The managers’ conduct was highly unprofessional.

I went in to shop for shirts and when I went to try them there was no one to help me even though there were clearly employees there they were just talking. When I was done choosing my items I had to wait in an extremely long line because there was only one cashier who was doing everything. I'm only giving two stars because of how nice she was to me but honestly this is a place I wouldn't take my business to.

My group home is right near this store and I come very often to shop for clothes!! The staff are super friendly and always help me out.

Was there tonight. Girl very rude. Refused to give me her name. I guess you don't pay much you don't get much. I couldn't find a manager there either. The cat is away the mice will play.

I am disgusted of the customer service I received from both the location and customer service line on an order I made online. I ordered a suit online for an event and received the correct blazer but a different color old navy pants.When I went to the store to return they stated I would have to call customer service because it wasn’t their mistake but online warehouse error. When I called they stated i could return at a staples location but it would take 10 days for them to send me the correct pair. I asked for this to be rushed as I needed it for an event on Tuesday. They stated they couldn’t. Coming from a retail background and working with my current job to implement systems and procedures that favor the customer, i am astonished that a Fortune 500 company and one that ranks number 23 in retail brands could not assist me.
