Had great experience at Banana republic in GSP recently. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Especially one in particular I believe her name is Brianna. She was able to find the sizes we needed and helped us try to figure out solutions and which item might be best for us. She was very patient and I appreciated that.

Cool shop, but the entry is a long loop in and archive-like side steps with a central corridor... reminds me of a Doom map or something. Quick and simple returns, though. Remember the shipping bag with the return code - they don't print receipts anymore.

I love this Brand, however giving 1 star for servicing. The lady who was working there did not let me saying that they are closing soon. So disrespectful and disappointed. Prefer go to different BR store.

This place is super inconsiderate. The company wouldn’t help with expensive clothes that were tailored incorrectly. Essentially told us to just deal with it. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just store credit but all they could offer was $20 after I spent hundreds, ridiculous.

Exactly what you'd expect from a banana republic; a pretentious ad you can walk through.. in the end we were disappointed by the selection, not finding even the ballpark of jacket we'd come in for.
