Very unhelpful when I came to do a wire transfer. They recommended I do it myself online. Manager said she was too busy to speak; overall understaffed and disrespectful. I’ve been a customer for nearly a decade and expected better service, which I received at other branches. Will skip out on this location.

Just ridiculous. Teach that guy sitting in the office how to do deposits for goodness sakes. It's infuriating standing in a long line watching him do nothing while all the tellers are exhausted

Pleasant staff when they're not exhausted due to being understaffed. Most times there is a long line. These days you need an apt if you need anything other than make a deposit. That has to be online. Annoying. No more drive through for a long time. Such an inconvenience.

I will never come back to this bank ever again. I went to go deposit a settlement check worth a lot of money. The teller that was helping me was very rude. I asked her some questions because I've never deposited this much money before. She looked at me like I was d*** and answered my questions with an attitude.

Lackluster and inefficient staff, if you have 30 minutes to waste for a simple business deposit this is the place for you. And even after the wait they don’t know what they are doing. Clearly the 2 star overall review is worthy, way to fail.

Rosiland I think her name is. Tall older woman with glasses and reddish colored straight hair can definitely use some sensitivity training !!!! Dec 1st, 2021 at approximately 1pm kept unmercifally grilling a grown man when he was going to cut his hair and that he should think about it and when he finally decides too he should come in and show her !!!!!@ WT actual F???? Who the hell do you think you are lady ???? You're a teller at the BOA. Count the money and mind your business. YOU'RE A DISGRACEFUL being. That man looked embarrassed and uncomfortable.
