We’ve been bringing our Mercedes here for years and have always been impressed with their level of knowledge, service, and honesty. Simply the best Mercedes service in the area. If only I could find a shop like this for my Porsche.

Came here on a whim and left knowing one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the area. If you’re in need of basic service or something more complicated give this place a shot.

I've been going to Bells for my Mercedes ML350. Frank does a wonderful job every time. I go for regular service. I had a loud sound last year during my regular service and he diagnosed and fixed it. I trust him and his work.

Frank and his team are true experts in MB, fair pricing and invaluable knowledge makes Bells the right choice. Honesty and communication are priceless, that is why Bells has 30 years of staying power. Only Mercedes Benz folks, do not bring your japanese economy junk to Bells

Really love this place. Have been bringing my C300 here since I bought it two years ago and Frank has been phenomenal. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, honest and considerate of my pocketbook. On multiple occasions, he’s told me that a repair the dealership recommended could wait a couple months and even recommended cost-effective alternatives (eg he told me to get my tires from Costco!) The office staff is also very friendly. Owning a German car or any other luxury vehicle can be unnecessarily tough because a lot mechanics will talk up the price of repairs and justify it as necessary because “it’s a luxury car” or “it’s a European vehicle and needs very particular care.” It’s very comforting to have a mechanic who is honest and noble. Thanks Frank!
