They have a new policy that says if you get the wrong delivery order, you should bring it back to the store for a refund! What a joke. The worst customer service ever.

Great place, but the Latino guy assisting the customers at the express lines has a nasty actitud addressing the customers, I did forget to scan something that I wanted just one item after I did paid the rest of my item and him told me I don’t care you have to make again the line, if his actitud maybe was different I don’t care but treat a loyalty membership like that it’s unacceptable.

I'd like to give a shout out to pick up order person named Domingo... That young man went above and beyond and needs to be recognized. There's any way I can email a manager directly at BJ's in Paramus someone let me know and I will do it. Domingo noticed I was still waiting for a pickup outside for over 20 minutes once I realized it.. and I was just about to go inside and he approached me. He looked through the app he figured out my order number and realized there was a mistake. It was marked off as I already picked it up when obviously I did not. With a threat of bad weather thunderstorms approaching and rain coming Domingo ran inside and came back outside with my order about 5 minutes later. It started raining on him but he insisted on loading everything up and ran back inside. I could not thank him enough had to get his name He went above and beyond He could have ignored me but he did the right thing and he should be recognized.

What can I say about this place other than horrible this place is so horrible. It’s disgusting. I used to work at this DJ’s for about two days about 17 years ago. I worked overnights and I was told that I needed to learn Spanish or I couldn’t work there. We won’t go there but I quit this place is pathetic.

This bjs in paramus is getting horrible. Yesterday Sunday I put an order in front 8:45 am and on 12:29pm.. almost 4 hrs later they sent a text saying..they are getting order ready.. I still haven't heard back from this bjs..
Until this morning around 10 am I received a text stating..this company called roadies was going to deliver my order. Which is ridiculous because I put my order to be canceled last night when I did not receive it... I was not even home this morning.. that's why I ordered yesterday.. they put me in a big inconvenience situation..and my products was just drop off on the porch.. and now some things has spoiled... so this situation needs to be resolved or else you guys are going to lose a good customer and I am going to tell others about this problem..

Worst customer pick up service there’s no way you have to wait like 30 mins to pick up a order that was placed over the app went and repurchased everything and the same people where still waiting

People in the Deli should all be fired. They are a waste. Been there twice. Both times they leave you waiting while they are talking. Then one lady today was arguing with other lady who would help me. Needed liverwurst and idiot said you want roast beef. Then guess she didn’t know what was because she said something to another lady in another language and woman got liverwurst. Rude! Made there lives easy and told them I’ll go somewhere else. Went to Courtesy Desk and spoke to very nice lady who said she would tell Manager which I’m sure she didn’t. No one seems to care about customers in store. They all look miserable. Look out BJ’s when Costco comes to Ridgewood. You are going to wish you took better care of your customers because they are going to leave and go to Costco’s! Serves you right!!!

Im a driver that delivers to this place. just went in the store to grab food in dunking donuts and they said i need a membership even tho im delivering horrible people. Atleast in cotsco they let me buy food since im delivering for them, will never purchase a membership in bj's too bad i cant give 0 stars.

I feel that the lady who helped me was very professional, courteous and kind. She was a pleasure to work with friendly and nice. I would recommend BJs to everyone who wanted to join and become a member. Great store. Fast service. Awesome experience. 5 stars all the way especially on a Google review... ?

I placed a deli platter order for pickup on Wednesday 6/26 for Saturday 6/29 @2p. Showed up today to pickup the order and the deli counter tells me they don’t have it and that they never received the order and that if I wanted to wait “a long time” they could do the order for me now. I instead had to buy 2 generic cheese and salami platters. This order was made for a funeral. This is not my first time ordering the platters and definitely not first time at this BJs. Horrible.

BJS Scamming Customers.
Be on the look out when renewing your memberships. Specifically asked for regular membership renewal and was given a credit card approval card, after I specifically stated 4 times that I DID NOT want a BJs Credit card. Spoke to Annalee (supervisor) and said she could do nothing about it since her employee had already submitted the request. Told me to call the credit card bank and tell them that this was fraud. Simple as that she wanted to wash her hands away. Now I have to take time out of my day to handle this.
