My partner and I had the best experience with Michael in-store today! He made the whole experience feel so effortless and fun.

Brittany helped us to get a ring 2 years ago when she was at Short hills location and now to upgrade at Paramus Location.
She is very knowledgeable and provide recommendations based on our budget and specifications. The ring we upgraded didn’t turned out to be as expected but the diamond was beautiful. She was very professional in changing the setting to our next desired choice which was her recommendation as well and it turned out to be the best.

To start, by the time I made it to Blue Nile, I had been to several jewelers. For reasons I couldn't explain, I hesitated to commit to any of the others places to buy my ring. I did not experience this hesitation at Blue Nile. We were greeted by Kerris, who from the start, was so kind and ready to show us the many options available. I explained to her what I was looking and she knew exactly how to guide me and gave several beautiful options. She explained to me, in detail, everything that we were looking at and gave her professional input when I felt uncertain. The experience was fantastic. I truly felt heard and considered on what I wanted, as opposed to just being the sold the flashiest or an out-of-budget piece. Kerris and the team were the best to work with!

For context, I know nothing about jewelry and I was looking to surprise my girlfriend with a necklace. Thankfully Michael was there to help me. He asked me questions about my girlfriend and somehow ended up knowing her preferences better than I did. He was also really helpful in explaining all the different options and thoughtfully answering all my questions. The gf ended up loving the necklace so thanks Michael!

Sloppy lazy unprofessional. My diamond sat in the store for 10 days without being sent out and now if I don’t receive it by 3/15 as promised a lawsuit will be filed.

Couldn't have gone with a better company than Blue Nile for my engagement ring.
