This location is a favorite, with a huge store and a huge assortment of cowboy boots and western clothing for men and women. The leather smell upon entering is amazing. The staff is fantastic and always helping, making customers feel welcomed with great customer service. There is a big selection of work boots and cowboy boots, including Thorogood work boots. However, the boots are scattered all over the place, making them hard to find, and there wasn't much customer service help. Fair prices are available for items like hats. Unfortunately, some boots did not fit well. Overall, this location is highly recommended.

By far my favorite boot barn I tried stopping at the Totowa location but was disappointed. This location never fails to make me feel welcomed. Thank you to all of the great staff!

Just had to say thank you to JR for making this easy order pick up possible! I have two of my babies in the car sleeping and I did not want to leave them alone as I shouldn't. He made this so easy for me and I appreciate that thank you JR. Customer service here is great!
