Awful experience. Careless staff! I asked her to make sure I get the points for the purchases made during the transaction and she didn’t apply anything. I asked her to reverse the transaction and apply the points again but she didn’t want to do anything for me. I just spent a lot of money and got the worst customer experience ever. Never coming back here again.

Wow! Emily is truly exceptional! We celebrated our twins’ birthday with 16 kids and she managed everything flawlessly! She was incredibly understanding of my highly sensitive child and made sure my other twin had an amazing time. With two very different personalities, Emily handled it all perfectly! Thank you beary much!

The employees at this store are incredible! They both made my son’s 3rd birthday very special and were so lovely interacting with him. You can tell they really care about their customers and the store experience. Thank you very much, our family of 5 will definitely be back.

Went for my nephew’s bday party today, and have to say Emily was fantastic !! Seriously , give this woman a raise lol she was amazing with the kids, and so patient. The kids had a great time; I was really impressed how great it was!!

First I want to share that your employee Emily is fantastic. You need to hold on to her because she was wonderful with my son and made our experience so nice. She was literally sitting on the floor with my son while he was scared of the stuffing machine sounds. Thank you Emily!We went to buy a new friend for our son to put his pacifiers in and it worked! We were surprised with the nice quality of the stuffed animals and all the options for dressing them. We will be back!
