I had an issue with sizing at another Burberry store I had bought my Kensington from. Pepe was awesome and able to fix the situation. I would recommend working with him!

I want to start off by thanking their associate Nazlije. She was so patient and very informative about the different sizes and care of materials for what we came in for. Whenever we shop at luxury brands we like to see who will actually not judge by appearance and take the time in helping every customer with the same positive attitude as well as how well they attend to us. We appreciate people like her working with these brands who appreciate their customers. Thank you again for assisting us efficiently and being informative. Overall great experience compared to my last one. We will be back soon

Wasn’t allowed to try on a specific scarf in person before purchase because it was on display. The scarf was in arms length of me on a mannequin head at the center of the store. Client advisor, Shane, only offered a picture off of the web (which is where I originally saw it and came to try in person) and was told he can order one when the scarf was right there in front of me. Pure laziness if you ask me…

I wanted to reach out and share a horrible experience I had. I’ve had my eye on your wool/cashmere woman’s jacket and went into the store to try it on. Your store only had one and it was on the mannequin. When I asked if I could try it on (it was a size 2, my size) I was told no. A man named Shane was incredibly rude and told me he wasn’t allowed to take it off the mannequin during store hours. I asked when they were going to get more in and he simply replied with “if you want to buy it I can order it for you” in a snarky tone. I’d like to try something on before ordering and he was nothing but rude and arrogant to me. The whole experience left me with such a bad outlook on your brand. Very disappointing. P.S. I just spoke to customer service and was told they are allowed to take things off mannequins during store hours

They have such a bad tendency to literally breathe down your neck as you’re trying to shop around. I was doing some early Mother’s Day shopping, I got some things at Pandora & decided to step inside here afterwards.. Biggest mistake! I’ve never felt like such a criminal until all eyes were on me from the moment I stepped foot here. So upset at the way they make their customers feel by their body language cause I had a few things I wanted to buy but since I felt so uncomfortable with the employees being so close behind me every second, following me to every section of the store, that is why I left & didn’t buy anything!

I went to the Burberry store in garden state plaza over the past weekend for the vintage Burberry bucket hat. when i came inside a short Caucasian male who was at the door, followed me to the back wall and didn’t assist me. I asked him if they had a size L with a attitude he said no, I asked what size did they have with another attitude he says a S. little did he know I already order the hat in a size L, I just wanted to try it on in store to make sure I had the correct size. When I came inside the store a couple weeks back, a lady assisted me who was so nice and helpful who looked for the size and even let me try the hat on. Please hire more professional workers in that location, that actually wants to be at work and help out customers.

The Burberry store located in Garden State Plaza is at right size. Their sales associates are very helpful to the point that another sales associate tucked in my tag of my blouse the last time I visited the store.
