I just have the worst experience ever at this location . First and foremost customer service should always be a priority regardless the circumstances. I work in retail at saks fifth ave. New York store. And I have never been. Treated so poorly . I walked into the store with a pair of jeans previously purchase at the fifth Avenue . I asked if I could returning them since I already got a different size at the New York store . The lady in charge of the store assuming is the store manager really did not offered me or gave me an alternative rather that returning the item to the original store. All
I wanted really was either exchange the producto for a smaller size if not issue a store credit since I always shop in calzedonia No personality what so ever and when I ask her for her name she rolled her eyes and only said I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name . I love to shop and I like to spend money but I will never ever return to this terrible place to shop and will tell my friends about my experience and. Will send them to the New York location . To tthe executives who run this place get your return policies straight up and provide a better source of customer service . Someone who smiles and can give a good answer .after all this is what customer service is all about . Is not about the return of the item
Is the experience I had with this poor lady who had no clue of customer service . Certainly I would give cero cero score . Not good for the store clients like me will

THE BEST!! Right before I came here, I had gone to a different bikini shop in the mall and they were pretty unhelpful and dismissive. The person helping me audibly gasped when I told her what my cup size was. I was frustrated and ready to give up until I found this little shop right outside of the food court. I came in and was warmly greeted. The woman who helped me was so kind and hyped me up so much! She didn’t give up until she found something that I felt comfortable in and looked flattering in. All of these negative reviews are the complete opposite of what my experience was. I wish I knew their names but the staff is fantastic!

Terrible customer service ever. I am so disappointed by the way the store manager(he said he was the manager) treated me. I wanted to return the product I bought online or change it to something else, but as soon as he realised it was an online order he said “You gotta send it back that's why they are sending you the return label” like I am a stupid person I don't know anything about shopping. I wanted to change it from the store because I wanted to see what I was gonna buy. But after that treatment, I really didn't want to make any purchases from that store. I think I am just gonna order online. He was super rude, I think he doesn't wanna deal with any customer at all. By the way, I would understand if they don't accept any online order’s return from the store and I'm okay with that as long as the person I'm talking with talks to me with respect! I would never go to that store or buy something!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The store refuses to take any returns and tells me to contact corporate customer service. When I contact corporate they tell me I can return items in the store. Employees lie about being the “district manager” when I ask to speak to a manager about this very complicated return policy. There’s also no safety stickers on bathing suits. In store employees do not know any correct information and then you’re screwed over having to deal with corporate. I do NOT recommend them and they need completely new staff who actually care about working there and helping people instead of lying and giving attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would- the staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time I have been in the store there is a million things wrong and no apologies. The A/C has been broken and the store is a million degrees but they have a very laid back attitude explaining that. I went to do a return and the staff could not print me an itemized receipt because their computer/receipt printer was apparently broken in addition to the still broken A/C. I was a fan of this brand before but will no longer be shopping here. Really bad customer service considering these prices.

So my kid goes to this store in Paramus NJ to buy a bathing suit, and the prices are in euros. Then when they ring her order up, the price is even more than the listed euro to dollar conversion… when challenged they told her the price on the item is “not what we charge for it”… Its just the European price tag on the garment… what a scam they don’t show the actual price! Don't shop here, they make up prices on the fly!
