“I recently brought a brand new BMW M850 to Bruno to repair a significant dent and crease to my door. I was devastated but I was referred to Bruno and Dent Wizard. The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

I'm writing this because something absurd happened.
Couple of month ago, a small rock flew on the highway and cracked my windshield, so I had to replace it.
I replaced it with an OEM one to cover insurance, and it was good.
I wasn't worried because my insurance company was a major one, and the deductible was only $100, but they refused to reimburse me for the windshield replacement because I didn't get a preliminary inspection.
I fought with the insurance company for two months, but ultimately, I didn't get a reimbursement.
I'll say this again,
Be sure to get an inspection and approval from your insurance company before replacing your windshield.”
“I had a fantastic experience with Atlantic Auto Glass! Todd replaced the back window on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and did an amazing job. He was right on time, super professional, and made sure every bit of broken glass was cleaned out-even from the panel and lock area. After the new window was installed, he went above and beyond by cleaning it and even took the time to clean my front windshield too!
The price was unbeatable only $395.00 while other places I called (Including Safelite) were quoting anywhere from $500 to $750.00. On top of that the customer service was excellent. Jen, who made the appointment for me was an absolute doll-so friendly and helpful.

“I reside in New York and broke down in New Jersey. Car dashboard lights all came on then a few minutes later my Honda accord turned off. I googled nearest repair shop and had my vehicle towed there. Fearing the worst, thinking I will be overcharged, Adam the owner was great. He explained to me it was only the alternator and he will get me back on the road in less then 2 hours. He was right, an hour and a half later, I was on the road and the car ran great. He was extremely fair with the price of the repair. Thank you Adam for NOT overcharging me and taking advantage of me.
