Normally they would get 5 stars but the other day a staff was in there that gave me a hard time about an online order and I had all the info I didn't even want the refund I wanted to get a different item all this money we spend at these places and then you are given a hard time i will take my money somewhere else

Never buying from this store or carters.com again. I bought my daughter 4 sets or PJs online. They were too big. So I ordered again the same sets in a smaller size. Today, I went to this store to return the bigger sets and I was refused the return. They say I have to contact customer service and so the return with them. This is the reason a lot of people still order with Amazon....easy to order easy to return!
