The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic! The woman who helped me was incredibly patient and made sure I was taken care of to the fullest. If you’re looking for the best shirts and have never tried from Charles Tyrwhitt, I highly recommend trying one. You won’t find a better shirt anywhere else!

I went to return a shirt that was shipped to me in the wrong size. The manager refused to accept the return. When I contacted online customer support, they asked if they could speak with the manager. However, the manager rudely insisted that they call the store directly instead. The level of rudeness was shocking, especially compared to the much better experience I’ve had at the NYC store. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.

My husband has been shopping this brand online for years and this is his only store for dress shirts and suits. So happy to have this physical store so close. Staff are great and the quality and customer service are unbeatable!

Awful experience with this store. I was delivering an order consisting of one plain pizza, one pepperoni pizza, and two liters of soda. I showed the receipt to an individual at the store, and he confirmed it was his order. However, I later realized he lied. He and, I assume, some of the other workers ate half of each pizza. When confronted, he refused to pay for the food he consumed.
The real issue here is the dishonesty—he knowingly lied and stole the food. Mistakes can happen, but this was intentional. I recorded the entire incident and will be reporting it to both the authorities and corporate because, at the end of the day, this is theft. If they can do this to a delivery person during the holidays, imagine what else they might do. Do not spend your money here—these are thieves.

Albert and Mikhail were super helpful picking out shirts and sizes and colors. And took the shirt off my back for return because I had to replace it with a smaller size. Bravo to the team! Thanks!

Great store for formal dresswear and business attire. I needed some help with selecting the right dress shirts and Marcus was quite helpful in ascertaining my preferences and assisting me in making the right choice. Would recommend checking the online store prior to purchasing so you can price match

Wish I can give zero stars. Store manager does not even help you find the items, shes just pointing at the product for you to find them. Telling me to grab the shirt located on the top of the shelf on my own that needs a step stool ?Lack of customer service skills. Even the sales rep under her provides better customer service.I almost felt bad for her to act like that with others. Amazing how shes the manager there.Never going back. She does not qualify to be a manager.I was given wrong instructions on the promotion discount, never heard of that before. I am ok not getting that promotion if that’s the protocol but she did not even apologized to me about not training her employees correctly.Or give a friendly explanation.Very disappointed.

My first time experiencing this retail business. I had been following them on IG as I am big fan of their products. I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from an employee, David. He is very good at his job. He welcomed me, educated me and provided a positive customer experience that I purchased my new shirts. David is patient and gave his recommendations. Keep up the great David! As for my shirts, they are awesome and can't wait to wear them.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Keep in mind you can usually use the 3 for $99 shirt deal. And there return policy is unbeatable.
