This was my first visit to a Chop't. It was a New Years Eve Friday at 1pm. It seems that employees were busy fulfilling online orders at the time. I then ordered the Crispy Cholula Chicken Salad. I enjoyed my meal while watching outdoor mall traffic. There was no background music. I don't know what was so crispy about the chicken but I prefer a smoother texture so I was fine with what I got. Salads usually don't fill me up but I received a large amount of it so that helped.

I just ordered from there last night on my way home from work. I got the Chinese chicken salad and my brother ordered the gochujang. It was so ready so fast for pick up. No complaints. The freshness was off the chart. And better than the location I usually frequent. Easy parking, friendly service. I was in and out in no time.

Glad to have a chop't nearby when I'm craving a big salad. My favorite salad is the Santa Fe salad with breaded chicken added and tex mex ranch or chimichurri ranch. I typically get mixed kale/romaine. The ingredients are always fresh but the made-in-house dressings are what really make the salad, which you can now buy by the bottle! They seem expensive but the salads are really packed in so in my opinion it is worth it. I just stay away from the bowls because they are not nearly as big as the salads. If you order frequently on the app, you can accumulate points and get birthday money. I have only stopped by first thing when they opened at 10:30am so it is never busy when I go and the ingredients are freshest. It does seem like the employees are quite young and inexperienced but it didn't bother me, you have to start somewhere right?

I've been to several chop't locations and while this one had excellent service, some observations made me knock a couple stars off. The person who helped me took great pride in his job. He was friendly, attentive and a good listener. He made my salad well and with care. My experience with him alone gets five stars out of five. But other employees were running around putting together lots of orders - which normally is fine. However, one employee was haphazardly putting together online orders, and the ingredients this person was using flew all over the place, into the other ingredients and all over the counters. As someone with food sensitivities, this is concerning. For this, I docked 2 stars, and am hesitant to come back to this location.

Customer service is EXTREMELY important for me when it comes to reviews, especially when the food is actually good- unfortunately, because my curb side pick up experience SUCKED, this place is getting a crap review.I ordered through their chopt app which is very user friendly and straight forward so it made my ordering experience very easy and quick. However, coming to this location for curb side pick up is terrible. We parked by a few parking spaces across from the restaurant that just said 'Grab n go' with NO restaurant name on the plaques, so really, this sign could've been for ANY restaurant...I told my husband to pull UP to the front of the restaurant and some lady comes out and starts giving us a lecture about how next time, we should just call when we're actually parked across the street and not to do it AS we're pulling up - first of all, they weren't busy at all, no one was in the restaurant so I'm failing to see why she needed to make a big deal out this. Secondly, those parking spaces weren't clear on which restaurants those signs belonged to, and lastly, the job isn't THAT difficult where you need to be upset that I decided to pull up to the restaurant instead of making you cross that dangerous road to deliver my food- so really, I'm doing YOU a favor. Again, if she was nice and KINDLY advised me to park across the street and stay there, this review would've been different- I would've written more about the food itself rather than bash out on the customer service. Happy new year to you too- ruined my entire experience because of one employee with a terrible attitude who hates her job. I recommend this place for their salads - IF you're going to pick it up yourself, so you're not INCONVENIENCING the employees.

First there was no one working at that station so I go to the next to ask the lady that was there if she could help me. She looked at me and just continued having a 5-8 minute conversation with the lady in front of me. This conversation had nothing to do with her ordering food she was talking about her life.If sorry but when you are at work it’s not time gossip you should be doing your job.Never bothering to go there again.

Well, I am sorry to say that although I loved Chopt salads, I will have to say goodbye.... Due to the laziness of a worker who decided not to wash the veges, I contracted E.Coli! Well, it only took 1 day after eating my Mexican Caesar salad for the symptoms to kick in and 4 DAYS, one IV and 1 round of antibiotics to be able to be vertical once again. Bye-Bye Chopt in Bergen Town Center, Paramus New Jersey.

Let me just say my this review has nothing against the food ... my issue is how slow the service is. I’ve gone to this location 3 times since it opened... I work in the complex... I have never been more than 3rd in line and I have spent my ENTIRE 15 min break waiting in line only to get back to work and not be able to eat my food.
