The salesmen Jimmy was amazing! I called over the phone to see if the car was in stock and we finalized pricing over the phone. Came in next day and was in and out within 2 hours. Thanks Jimmy for all of your help!

Good evening,
I went in for a lease deal that I was assured I would qualify for, only to be told upon arrival that it wasn’t possible. It was a huge waste of both my time and gas, as I drove quite a distance for nothing. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m frustrated that I wasn’t given a clear answer beforehand, especially since I know I can afford the car. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time if the deal was unavailable so I wouldn’t have had to make the trip.
I hope someone can reach out to me to possibly get this lease deal situated and honored. Very disappointing overall.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here! After an oil change and 2 hrs later, not even 5mins after leaving engine light came on, took my jeep back to find out the thermostat needs replacing. Something not right at these dealerships and the appointment lady will give you HBP.

2nd time here with the same terrible service. First time it was a 5 hour wait for an oil change (yes an appt was made days prior). This time around I called to make an appt for a replacement tire. I gave the lady over the phone my tire size and everything and she makes the appt for the next day. Following day I show up to my appt with my car (and my almost flat tire) and they don’t even have the tire in stock!! You would think they’d find out if they had it in stock before having me drive on an almost flat tire to get it changed. Now I have to leave it overnight and pay $ for Ubers until they get the tire. I’m more than excited to get OUT of this lease in 11months and never look back! Do NOT take your car here for service. Outside of that the people are nice at the very least.

AVOID THE PARTS DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Every single person at Parts is clueless, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Not only was I told I had to come in person to just place an order for a spare key (which is false - I was sent a text link for a previous order), they failed to disclose that the blade/valet key does NOT come standard when you order a key. Not only is that an additional charge, they do not have a machine to cut the key on site. Rather, they provide you with an access code for 1 day, direct you to a locksmith in Hackensack, AND then tell you to make an appointment with service to program the key. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! An illogical, nonsensical waste of time. Save your energy and call a car locksmith who will come to your house same day for the same $ this place is charging you.

Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Sold us a vehicle and never sent us the registration, asked that we pay 50$ to ship the registration to us, went to NYS DMV and paid 5$ for duplicate registration. Dealership gave us the wrong key FOB, now they wont ship the correct FOB to us. Requiring us to drive 2 hours one way to the dealership. Called Jeep and they wont do anything about it. Worthless.

Terrible, asked for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L, was told they had a specific trim and model. That ended up being a lie to just get us to the dealership. Then kept saying they weren’t sure if they had any. I’d rather just use a broker to find a car. Very sleazy!

This nightmare begin around June 2025, I had my Jeep for three years and never had any issues, However, the differential needed to be changed… After taking it to the Paramus Jeep auto shop for service I received my truck back Five months later with four different issues…. That place has ulterior motors or is it just one big coincidence, either way I would never take my jeep there, ever again.That place sucks and the one star is for those that have good intentions…
