The cashier very rude on entry...This is supposed to be a happy place with smiles. Next ordered food kids played I left my food on table as I sat . The worker came over to my table and started taking food off Didn't introduce himself didn't ask are you finished and lean over my food. Yes I told him he was VERY RUDE & WHERE IS HIS MANNERS‼️‼️‼️

"The sudden closure of the kitchen at Chuck E. Cheese was a true catastrophe for my daughters. They were left without the opportunity to enjoy the incredible variety of food they craved, leaving them hungry and disappointed. They were looking forward to a night full of fun and joy , but instead they were faced with the despair of not being able to satisfy their appetite at a place that promised to be an unforgettable experience. It was truly heartbreaking to see the disappointment on their faces as they tried to understand why their long-awaited dinner had turned into a total disaster. "

They changed everything!!! No more animatronics just weirdly standing around but a big vibrant screen. They did take out the little jungle gym and replaced it with a trampoline ...but honestly, it's cleaner and safer for the little ones. The food as usual was really good. We used the timed unlimited version to play games, it has a 15 - 30-second pause though. Maybe wasted 5 minutes in between games...I'm not sure how to feel about that. But nonetheless, it was a great time, being an adult I also had fun. It also feels like they improved some of the ingredients. I didn't like they took away the stamps but still seems safe. It's just more on the parents now which is fine. They a bunch of games, the price to play is still the average . We spent about 70$ medium pie with cheese in the crust, 4 drinks with a 45 minutes play with pause card. Still worth it. Kids are 6 and 10. My ten year old did look like she was staying to get bored (adhd- medicated) but she still had fun. She loved the jungle gym, but it is what it is , she's getting to old for chucke cheese. That's my take. Love the change. Prices could ease up a little though.Kid-friendliness: Maxes out at 10 years old but very kid friendly.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese my family has been to, I actually booked a party for my 3 year old for a Sunday accidentally wanting it for a Saturday, so we showed up a day before the date that was selected. I’d like to thank the staff, the manager, and Kristy our Host! I’m beyond grateful for your accommodations and attention. Will definitely be a long time customer of this location. Kristyyyy you were amazing!!!

I went on a Monday! It was empty and perfect timing. We got there by 6 pm and got the kids 30 minutes' worth of playing time and ordered some food. Kids were tired and stuffed by 7 pm in bed by 8:30 pm.

The price to play one game is now about a quarter. Which is nice. The place has been cleaned up. But the crowds have not improved.
