Customer Service is the Worst Mainly the woman who sits at the table near the door. This bank closes at 5 and I arrived at 4:30 pm and the very stupid, lazy, poorly educated person did not want to assist me because it was 4:30 and they closed at 5 wow I was going to open an account as a new customer what a disappointment

Citibank is the worst bank in USA with extremely outdated computer systems. Citibank charged me $50 in fees on a closed account, and customer service does not have the ability to reverse the charge. Stay away from Citibank and their almost 0% interest rates on savings accounts.
