Citibank is the worst bank in USA with extremely outdated computer systems. Citibank charged me $50 in fees on a closed account, and customer service does not have the ability to reverse the charge. Stay away from Citibank and their almost 0% interest rates on savings accounts.

Avoid at all costs for your own sanity!!! Hard ot believe such horrible customer service still exists plus lots of errors by the bankers that took months to fix. I am overseas now but as soon as I am back in NJ I will close my account with them and never use city again. EDIT: no one ever picks up the phone there. Don't bother.

Citibank is just about the worst bank in existence. They barely have any actual bank locations and their list of other ATMs is just weird. I was issued a temporary replacement debit card, which just stopped working altogether after a week. When I called up they had no good answers for me except go into a bank location, which barely exist. So I just had to figure out the rest of my day without any money. TERRIBLE!! This location, one of their very few at all, is definitely the worst I have ever been into. I cannot wait to take out the rest of my money, close my accounts and forget Citibank even exists as they continue to disappear on their own. Good, continue to close down, you should not be dealing with people at all. ?

I always come here the cashiers are extremely rude and have a nasty attitude all, i don't feel like coming back. Train your staff to respect people in general since they apparently don't know that much. Such a shame.

My wife and I went in to open a checking account with a cash bonus. We didn’t have an appointment but the Banker (Ronnie Iodice) was extremely helpful and saw us anyway. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Also the tellers there were very kind and helpful too. I recommend this branch grest staff!

Avoid at all costs!!! Rude Bankers who apparently don’t realize they are in the customer service business and that there are other banks. Treated my 95 year old dad like dirt. So he took his substantial assets elsewhere

I would like to recognize Jeremy wojciechowski. He helped my father in every avenue with his mortgage. My dad typically doesn't rave about anyone but my dad said he helped him in every facet and was very patient with all the questions that were asked. I would highly recommend him!

i opened 2 account for my kids with Ronnie Lodice and i was told that only my account need to be above $1500 to avoid the monthly changes. he was wrong and i had to visit the bank 5 times to cancel the monthly changes then i had to close it. left my number twice for the branch manager for this banker to call me, but he didn't. i like Citibank and wish if they hired people know what they are doing.
