Jen, is a great person who really cares about what she does and is passionate about fitness and nutrition. She really helped me out select a great drink that was extremely good and really helped quench my thirst. She really gave me a good experience. This is the overall experience I get from Crunch Paramus as they are very professional.

Over billing issues and zero customer service. The only good thing you’ll get is the tour. After that you’re on your own in a poorly maintained and managed gym.

I love Crunch Paramus. My daughter, husband and I go here. Recently took personal training from Ava. She is excellent!! Focuses on form, motivates. Clark and Tony trained my mom both were excellent too. Max is good too. Staff is always smiling kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this gym

Unfriendly policies- they charged me late fees for expired card on file. They never communicated that card was declined or to update payment method. Wouldn’t allow me to enter the gym without paying late fees despite being a member for several years. They don’t know how to treat customers…
