Sales person (Justin) was super cool. He was helpful, asked great questions, and really ensured he understood what I was trying to accomplish. The Manager was absolutely awful. After reading more reviews it seems to be a trend that managers here fall far below what a customer should expect. He walked up, gave his name, and literally said “ I am not going to give you a number today because it doesn’t make sense for me if you aren’t buying now.”
Awful way to start an interaction. The manager didn’t ask any questions to help understand my situation. If he had taken the brief moment to build a connection (like anyone in sales should) it could have been so different. His attitude was very dismissive and cold. I am going to contact a few other dealers and IF I decide to come back here I would hope I can deal with a much more professional manager. What’s crazy is, I was more than willing for a person to talk to me into the right deal today. Could have signed and had a lease agreement all set.
I love the Honda brand but if this is who represents them I will be more than happy to look at other brands.

I bought a used vehicle.the next day the vehicle started to give me trouble I took it 3 times for them to check it and supposedly they said it was good to go but the vehicle continue with the same problem so for that I looked for another option and in results the transmission was not in good condition and when I came to reclaim they said “ we couldn’t do anything about it because I sighted a document saying the car was brought how it was” but I only saw the document when I came to make a reclaim about what to do with the car but in any moment I was not informed that the document existed. And when I looked over my contract of buying that document didn’t exist it was only in the system of the dealer

I recently purchased a Honda CRV hybrid at this location. My husband and I went last minute late Saturday evening just to look around. However, that night we left with a car!!! We met Hamad. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was patient with me with all my questions and very efficient in the entire process start to finish! Because of him we decided to get a car then. He stayed after hours to assist us with the whole process. He even called and checked in a few days after our purchase. He really is amazing and quite an asset to this dealership! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him when looking to purchase and or lease a vehicle from here. He also is super helpful, I even called him about I question I had and I went to the dealership and he took his time to explain another feature on the car again. We could not be happier! I am loving my Honda CRV Hybrid. Thanks Hamad!!!

5 stars to one of the BEST dch hondas nearest to me paramus honda made it VERY easy & honestly made it the best experience i’ve ever had, stress free, easy, very nice, & overall just great. & ESPECIALLY thank you to Christian Regalado for making it fun & simple & working very hard to get us what we needed & the satisfaction that we wanted, very nice & cool & very social guy, i won’t forget this experience 100%.
& i can’t forget to mention that i love the type R diecast model
