CAREFUL folks, this dealer marks up prices from MSRP. Sometimes is better to shop around and go further north or west away from the city to get honest deals. BTW what a generic insincere response.. shame

Hamad was our salesman and he did a fantastic job! He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave us a great deal on our 2024 Civic lease. I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to easily explain the benefits and highlights of the car. He gave us his cell number in case we had any questions about the car once we brought it home. He even called to check how we are liking it. Service like that is greatly appreciated!!

Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment, test drove, agreed to purchase, and left a deposit on a used vehicle at DCH Honda, with Omari Addison, on September 1st. I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a few days", so I subsequently sold my current vehicle in anticipation of taking delivery, only to receive a call that the vehicle was "mistakenly" sold to someone else two days later.No remedy was offered for my severe inconvenience due to their gross negligence, and incompetence. The fact that they can disrupt someone's life to this degree, with no regard for my situation, puts them on par with the roadside, fly by night shady dealerships. Honda must be so proud. They are a nightmare, with no remorse...

Came here looking for a good used vehicle and came out with a 2022 Nissian Altima 2.5 SR. And I am in love, I have had it for 3 months now. No issues but have to get used the safety features (beeping). Shoutout to Leslie Solomon he was my car salesmen. He was able to work with my budget and was amazing at explaining everything thru this process. He's also really good at responding via text or call. I was even able to get a extended warranty which is amazing. SIde note I was told if you purchase a vehicle here you get free oil changes (we'll see if that is true, will come back with update regarding this).

I had an old car, and I was trying to conserve it till next year. So that I can shop around for a car. However, over the weekend, part of my bumper broke. I was upset and couldn't see myself driving my car this way. I looked into cars and came across Honda. I was interested in the HRV, but that didn't work out, and that's when Hamad, from the beginning, helped me out. I finally realized that the CRV hybrid worked for me, and I felt comfortable. Hamad provided excellent communication and customer service. He maintained my best interests and was very helpful! He took his time showing me the car and explaining piece by piece, part by part! I have never met someone so kind and helpful, especially in this line of work. Many sales associates want to sell a car and make a commission but do not actually help the customer. Thank you, Hamad, for being extraordinary!

I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid. Hamad Deeb was by far the best I've ever dealt with. No need to negotiate, he started me at the best quote off the bat. Even while he was busy with other customers, he made sure to check up on us as much as possible. He took the time to explain every feature. The Honda Accord had the most tech I've ever seen in a car, more than s Mercedes and lexus i had from 2021, nonetheless, for the first time in my life, I understood every tech feature, button and settings on the car.

You claimed that it was not a miscommunication between your dealership and I No! It was negligence by your dealership to not fulfill the job that was already paid for. This experience caused me not only a lot of time spent in getting the plates but also the stress that your dealership and people put me through. The unprofessionalism of Mr. Emilio Santana, of not taking my phone calls, text messages, and even worse, of responding to me that I had reached a wrong number (when he finally answered the phone call) was low. I received the plates one day before the temporary plates expired, after I called eight (8) times, left seven (7) text messages, and sent four (4) emails and made one phone call to DMV, whom you are now blaming for the delay. This is unacceptable. Is this what you call: "WE DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER?" You claimed to strive to accomplish great customer service. Do you think you accomplished it with me? You sent me an email via an e-mail address that is not even mine. It belonged to my friend who first inquired about the car. (It was I, the person who bought the car and not him.) You claimed to call me at 917-47-5372. I do not even know that number - - not because it is missing a digit, but because it is not my phone number. Did you take the time to check my records to find out my information? You also claimed that you called me on June 29th and emailed me in July 3, 2023, and I did not respond. How is it possible that you called me at 917-47-5372 when the phone number is not mine and it is not even a complete phone number? On June 29, 2023, I first emailed Mr. Wael Yunes, General Manager, and on July 3, 2023, I emailed you, Mr. Michael Lee, New Vehicle Director. What are you talking about that I did not respond to your inquiries? I have purchased five new cars in the past and this is the first time I purchased a used car. This is the worst experience I ever had with car dealerships. It has nothing to do with the fact that it is a used car; but it was because your dealership was incompetent and unable to deliver excellent customer service. You simply did not do the job the way it was supposed to be done. Would you buy or recommend DCH Paramus Honda of New Jersey, if you were in my situation? In closing, I do not intend to waste any more of my time in this subject. Your dealership has already wasted a lot of my time and gave me a lot of stress during the process of getting the license plates. By using all these poor arguments, you are not going to redeem your poor service. If you want to redeem yourselves, you should start by providing good services to your customers. That way you will not have to spend time in justifying your actions. I believe by now some of the readers fully understand the service that your dealership has to offer.

oct 14, 2022 bought a belt tens asssay part # 31170r70a01 under my comercial account however on june 7th 2023 tens assay making noise and customer came back with that car. call dealer for warrenty they want me to buy that part again and wait til there claim department give them cradit so they can issue cradit to me. isnt this is some kind of bs, if they sale part they have to inspect that part there and replace it.i like to give them nagative stars however that option is not there so i have to give them 1 star please avoid going to this dealer for anything

As a commercial shop manager that spends thousands of dollars here to walk in and have the person dealing with me at the parts counter. Give me attitude disrespect and throw my parts at me is not only completely disrespectful and uncalled for but if that's how they are going to continue to treat a customer that spends that large sum of money here I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not only that the other person at the counter when I asked where the guy that was supposedly assisting me went he said he went to find my parts because they don't know where my part was, while looking at his phone, and sitting down. And then, when I went to look inside of the service area, I saw a employee laying down on the golf cart.

I had an great experience at Honda Paramus. I was not looking forward to looking for a new car because of the run around and sales rep trying to oversell. But luckily Wyel and Gustavo listened to what I wanted, allowed me to test drive/provided additional info regarding the car, and I went home with my dream car. I was there for maybe 3 hours before I drove off with my car. I am extremely happy with my service and vehicle.

I guess DCH stands for Don't Come Here . Stay as fas as humanly possible . I was treated with no respect felt rushed and taken advantage over . I thought when you walk into a dealer ready to buy a 55K car and have 20K cash people would over backward to help you Not her they don't. To many things went horribly wrong with my buying experience to list here but my advice is take your business to another dealer .

This is my second lease through Paramus Honda and every time I'm here it's a breeze. John Tavarez helped me with get the best deal for my second lease and is now that it's over, he's helping me through the financing process. I have a crazy schedule but John does his best to always make time for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and took the time to explain everything. This is the dealership where I came to buy my first (and current) car. I usually come here when I need to get my car serviced. They have pretty good hours (they're open until 6 on weekdays and 3:30 on the weekend). It was really easy to make my appointment online. I came in recently for an oil change at 11 am and my car was ready by about 2:30 pm. You're able to leave and come back so you don't have to wait all day. If you do choose to wait, they have a waiting are with free coffee and tea. The employees at the service counters are generally helpful and friendly. Many have been there for a long time. Darren and Tracey are the people I usually see. Price wise it's probably a little more expensive than just going to a local auto shop but I like taking my car to a Honda shop when I can in case there are any other issues that need to be fixed.
