Abysmal service - the level of incompetence and unprofessional behaviour here is laughable. Asked twice for someone to help me with camping gear and they never sent anyone despite telling me to wait. One sales person told me “there are no guarantees in life” after I asked them if they will send someone to help the second time.

Don't waste your time going there if you buying shoes. Most of shoes out of stock.
They don't have anyone cares. Employees seems they don't like their job. Store manager need to focus little bit more on ordering and hiring good employees not kids.

Their system dealing with shoes is atrocious. No, I do not want to wait 10-15 minutes every single time I want to try a slightly different size or a different brand. I wasn't sure what kind of running shoe I wanted so I decided to come in person and not order online from some places else that would be cheaper. They have a show room area where you select the shoe and size you want and then they bring it to you so they don't need all their stock out on the floor. It seems like a decent idea and it would be if it didn't take forever every single time you wanted to try something slightly different. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes in total to find what I wanted, this took about an hour and a half. The employees were kind but if they need to apologize every single time they bring you a new thing because it has taken so long then you need a new system! Eventually I just left because it was just taking too long to do anything.

I typically spend about $1500 per year at this location. Staff wouldn't honor an exchange over $3...for a winter hat. I'll never go back to this location again.
